Kristin was a joy to work with ! Our 12 year old ‘scardy cat’ (Mia) warmed up to her during the check-ins while we were away. Mia is so attached to her humans, we hated to leave her alone, but Kristin gave us confidence during our meet & greet that Mia would feel cared for. This was our first experience with Kristin, and we found her to be the total Rover package – very communicative, kind, reliable, conscientious, mature, experienced, and accommodating. She clearly has a passion for animals and did not hesitate to do extra things (i.e., making four consecutive visits over three days, picking up our mail, checking on the house, and more).
