About: We have had dogs our entire life, we love them. We recently lost our German Shepherd of 14 years and are looking to get some fur baby energy in our lives. We know how hard it can be to find reliable people you can trust to watch your baby. We have boarded numerous dogs in our home in the past and are looking to give your animals love and attention while you are away. We are experienced with all types of dogs. Big, small, young and old. Our house does not have any stairs which is great for older pups! We also live right across the street from many great trails. Dogs rule the house at our house. We often find ourselves sitting on the floor while the dogs are on the couch. We always joked our German Shepherd was more spoiled than our children. The only downside is your dog may not want to come home! I work from home and my husband owns his own business. We have two little kids (10 & 5) that are also great with animals. We have lots of flexibility. I hike, walk or exercise everyday. We have a small, fenced yard and a dog door, which can also be locked if needed. We live around the corner from a park and across the street from numerous trails. Animals can roam free or be crated in while at our house.

“Megan was great and we were relaxed leaving our fur baby with her. Communication was clear and smooth, and our dog was in a great mood when we picked him up, seems like he had a good time 😊”

“Lan is awesome! She took fantastic care of our dog. Sent a lot of photos, and gave a lot of attention which my pup loves :) It was a very last minute request, and she was super responsive and kind. Her dog Luna is such a sweet pup as well, and loves to play with other dogs. I would highly recommend Lan, and would absolutely come back whenever we visit Aspen area! Thank you so much Lan!!”

“Lu came through in the clutch! We were on a road trip and realized last minute that we couldn’t take Marni on our hike because dogs aren’t permitted on the trail, and Lu saved the day. Lu was super communicative, professional, and clearly comfortable with dogs. Marni had a great time visiting Lu’s pack :)”

About: While I am based out of Golden, I work remotely so I'm able to care for pets and homes anywhere throughout the state! I've taken care of dogs of my own, roommates dogs, friends' pets, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've taken care of dogs between puppy age and 13 years old. I've also cat sat for friends over the years. I currently live in an apartment so I unfortunately can't board any at my home. However I'm happy to watch them from the comfort of their home. My schedule is really flexible with my remote job and I'm happy to take them on walks and potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months and I loved it! Feel free to reach out with any other questions! I'm currently in between jobs. I am able to be very attentive and love to take morning walks, midday walks or fetch, and evening walks. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a clients house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love to go for walks with your pup and keep them on leash. I also don't give in on the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents approved food and treats.

“Waverly was great and I felt so comfortable leaving my anxious dog with her which I don’t normally do! She made me feel like my dog was totally safe and well cared for which was a great relief for me! I would highly recommend!”

“Nevada took such great care of my timid dog. Her own personal dog also did a great job of feeling mine feel comfortable and at ease. Nevada sent me pictures thru out the visit and was even able to do pick up/drop off”

About: I have a lot of experience with household animals since growing-up with dogs, cats, and other pets like hamsters and gerbils. I currently live in a house with two dogs (one big and one small) and two cats, so I‘m well experienced when it comes to caring for both types of animals on a daily basis! Bottom line, I would love to take-care of your pet and make your life easier. I have a very flexible work schedule that lets me cater my time and schedule around your pet’s needs. I sometimes commute to Aspen a couple days a week but that’s about it. I have a partially fenced in yard but a lot of land for dogs to run around. I have a dog and two cats myself, so I would treat your pet as if my own! I value giving pets a lot of attention and stimulating play time.
