Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all!
