Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! We will be making arrangements with Shea in the future for additional stays with Shea and her family. “We have an incredibly shy dog. He is very leery of people and we have tended to not board him. Osvaldo and his family were AMAZING with our dog. They were petting him, he was sleeping at their feet, and they were taking him for walks in the park--something he never does well. We loved all the updates, his home was set up for taking care of dogs, and he had other dogs to play with while we were gone--something he loves. I think Osvaldo is a dog whisperer. Magic--sheer magic! Even our dog trainer couldn't get these results from him. We are forever indebted and will use him again!”

She let me bring my dogs over for a meet and greet before their stay to make sure everyone got along and her pup is super sweet. Her huge yard is absolutely amazing for my high energy dogs. Her knowledge of dog behavior and separating for dinner time made me feel very safe that my girls were in good hands. I’ll be using her services again!”
