“Jenevieve was so wonderful to work with! She wanted all the info to make sure was fully prepared to take care of our Phil and super patient with all my questions! I literally could not have asked for a better first Rover experience! Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! Thank you, Jenevieve!!! If we ever come back to Des Moines, you will be the first person we look up!”
