About: Our family loves animals. It’s evident when you drive up to our house and see the goats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. We have lots of experience with lots of animals, at all stages of life and with administering medications. Now that the kids are all in school. I have extra time to spend with my 4 legged babies and yours. We enjoy hiking, long and/or short walks around Canandaigua. I am a responsible and respectful professional. I will take care of your pet and home as if it were my own. I want to earn your trust and loyalty.

About: I have always had dogs and cats as a part of my family and I also spent a lot of time cat sitting for friends and family. My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! I have a huge backyard that is not fenced in, however your pet would have full on leash supervised access to the yard! I have an older cat who gets along very well with other animals.

About: I have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve trained hunting dogs and worked with service dogs, so I’m comfortable handling everything from high-energy working breeds to senior dogs that need a little extra care. I am CPR trained and take safety very seriously. My property offers 45 acres of space for exercise, fresh air, and supervised play. I treat every dog like part of the family and make sure their routine, feeding schedule, and comfort needs are followed closely. Whether your dog needs structure, activity, or just a safe and relaxing place to stay, they will receive dependable, attentive care while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I am home frequently and structure my day around feeding, exercise, to ensure dogs receive consistent attention and care. With plenty of outdoor space and a flexible schedule, I can provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and personalized care throughout the day. I also limit bookings so each dog gets the time and attention they deserve. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a clean, calm, and supervised environment on 45 acres of property with plenty of room for exercise and fresh air. Dogs are always monitored during outdoor time, and I follow each pet’s normal feeding and care routine closely. I am experienced with all breeds, including high-energy and working dogs, and I am CPR trained. If needed, I can separate dogs, provide quiet rest areas, according to the owner’s preferences to ensure every dog feels safe and secure.

About: Hi there! I would love to provide a clean and home-like environment for your pets. I have over 25 years of caring for all types of animals. Available for boarding dogs and cats, house sitting(I’m unable to accommodate staying overnights), and drop-ins! I live on an acre with lots of open space for walks and playtime. I am currently not working so my schedule is very flexible. Pet care is built into my daily routine—it’s a priority, not a task. About: Our pets are family, and it can be scary sometimes when you don't know who is caring for them while you're gone. Under my care, I treat every fur baby like they were my fur baby. I grew up living with dogs, a Bichon Frise and a Pit Bull, which taught me how to communicate and care for dogs of all sizes and dogs breeds with separation anxiety. I'm pretty active and am currently training for the NYC 2022 Marathon, so I love to run/walk with my dog Casper. About a year ago, Casper and I moved in with my partner Victor and his 2 cats, Jewel & Scarlett, in Rushville, New York. Initially, we were nervous about introducing them so we started slow by keeping them in separate rooms with a gate. Once they became more comfortable and curious about each other (more on the cats end), we took the gate down after a couple days. It was a seamless living transition if there ever was one. Now all 3 love hanging out on the play mat together with their toys or taking naps nearby each other. We're looking for more furry friends to keep them company and to nap together! Our house is quite spacious with a large open living and family room for lots of play time and nap time. We have plenty of treats and running water fountain for dogs and cats. Our house has a huge front & backyard (not fenced) to run around on leash. When it snows, we love making dog trails around our property because what dog doesn't love to run in the snow! And I'm very experienced in putting on dog boots if needed. Lastly, we are a 15-20 minute walk to Canandaigua Lake, and live 3 minutes from Bare Hill. Currently, Victor and I are started a small business that will be launching this Spring. We work from home Monday-Friday and make our own hours so we are flexible. And I'm available on the weekends and any last minute bookings. Before any booking, I would like to set up a Meet & Greet to learn what I need to best care for your fur baby(ies) and to make sure Casper and your dog(s) get along (Doggy Day Care). The dates I'm currently unavailable are July 8-24, 2022 and Sept 1-5, 2022. My Home: spacious living and family rooms for dogs to run around, a play mat area with toys, and plenty of space to bring your dog's bed so he/she feels comfortable and at home. We have plenty of treats and running water fountain for both dogs and cats. Outside, we have a huge front and backyard, although it is not fenced, still a lot of space to run around on leash. And if your dog loves to run, he/she is welcomed to join our running pack. We're a 15-20 min walk to Canandaigua Lake, and a 3 minute drive to Bare Hill Unique Area. Your Home: I will request a Meet & Greet before booking, and would like to do an initial house visit to learn where the pet food, toys and cleaning supplies are located. Along with learning if your pet has any special needs like medication. I will be a respectful guest in your home and make sure your fur baby(ies) are loved and cared for while you are away.

About: I have raised and cared for my families dogs as well as my own personal pets since I was a child. From puppy days to senior life, I have experienced it all and have enjoyed every moment of it. For me, having dogs around is a must! I currently work 4 days a week at a brewery in Rochester. I am available for walks and check-ins Tuesday/Wed all day, Thursday-Friday 8am-11am. Sunday's are open and negotiable as well! I enjoy spending time outside (park, trails, yard) with the active dogs, and talked to/petting the lazy/sleepy ones while they lounge inside. I live close to some wonderful parks, and enjoy throwing a ball around or just taking a stroll.

About: I am a retired teacher who has had pets my whole life. My own children are grown and I am out of the classroom and thrive on taking care of beloved pets - my own and others. I am a hiker and enjoy having canine company when I walk. I will treat your family members with safe, loving kindness. I am involved with rescue work. Both of my dogs are rescues. My Cocker Spaniel was rescued after spending 6 years as a breeder in a puppy mill. I look at each dog I encounter as an individual with their own unique needs based on their temperament and background. This means that I am flexible when dealing with pups. I love cats but don't have one of my own because one of my dogs is reactive to them. I take care of friends' cats in their own homes. I am retired and have a very flexible schedule. I have the freedom to arrange my schedule according to the needs of the dogs in my home. I have a fenced in tard and two friendly dogs to keep your dog comfortable. My dogs are never left unattended even in the fenced in yard. I am always out with them when they are out. I am an experienced foster of dogs recently released from puppy mills. These dogs are flight risks so safety is always my first concern with any dog in my care. I use the two leash protocol when walking dogs. I will only board dogs when i do not have a foster dog.

We have a big, fenced in yard for them to run around in. Our dog loves to lay out and sunbathe when the weather is warm. We also have lots of time to spend with your dog, taking walks or just enjoying play time! One of us works at home and is always available, the other works part-time. We have a very sweet 4 1/2 year old lab, Kenzie, who loves to meet new friends! She is very friendly with people and dogs of all sizes. We love to take Kenzie for walks, and would love to take yours along too! If they just like to sleep all day, that is fine too. Just let us know how active your dog is, and what his/her needs are! Why I love dog sitting We have both loved dogs since we were young. We both grew up with dogs, and have owned at least one our entire adult lives. About my yard We have a large, fenced in yard. There is a lot of space for the dogs to run around and play, as well as a patio for them to relax on. The space is pretty much all for them! We also have 2 cats but they will probably hide most of the time. We are available at all times for pet care. I usually walk Kenzie in the morning, sometimes later in the day. We are very flexible based on the needs of your pets! We can give your pup lots of attention and play time, or they can have quiet time away from everyone. Some dogs like a lot of activity and others do not!
