About: Are you looking for someone that will give your furry friend the care they deserve? I am a veterinary assistant who has been caring for animals pretty much my whole life. I have experience walking dogs, house sitting, and so much more. Due to my vet experience and schooling, I believe I can give your pet the attention, love, and care they need. I am currently taking time to focus on school and becoming a registered veterinary technician. Due to this, I am not working anywhere right now. This means I have a flexible schedule to care for your baby! I am ready to take on any responsibility needed to care for your animals. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I had 2 labs and a German Shepard growing up. I currently help dog sit and walk my neighbors dogs and my schedule is extremely flexible I currently have an extremely flexible schedule so I can work Monday through Sunday and I am willing to work with anyone on fitting my schedule around their needs. I currently live in a small ADU Unit in a backyard that is fenced off from my neighbors who own two friendly dogs, due to how small my unit is I would prefer to stay at a clients home if I needed to dogsit overnight!

About: I am an uncle to many cats and dogs over the years. I have lived with pets all my life. Most recently, 2 years with a Shih Tzu, Sola, and have cared for her throughout our time together. I have watched over my friend’s pets for weeks on end and enjoy the time we spend together. I love seeing the bond between people and their furry friends! I have helped raised a surprise litter of puppies, trained them, and helped them find good homes! We still keep in contact with their new loving families! I am currently working from home on a part time schedule, so my schedule is pretty open and flexible. I can accommodate to most schedules and carry my work with me. Sola has two small homes she uses as her safety zone. A crate is for when she is feeling stressed and a fuzzy home for when she wants privacy. We have an understanding to not cross her boundaries and when she enters those spaces, we give her the privacy she requests. Understanding animals boundaries is important to me, for my safety, their wellbeing, and to maintain trust, especially if I’m a stranger to them.

About: Dog sat for a few coworkers a few years ago. Dog sat for my coworkers this year for a few weeks at a time. Had a few pet cats growing up as a child. I work dayshift during the week. I usually get off work at 6pm. I’m free on the weekends all day and evening to dog sit and cat sit. I will make sure the pets gets more than enough outside walks. Plenty of play time. When things slow down and I enjoy watching the dogs run around the yard while I work on projects around the house. In our home, dogs have the opportunity to venture between the house and the patio or back yard freely (so long as you are okay w that). The backyard is completely fenced in and double-gated. There is also fresh water dispersed around the property, along with plenty of toys and chews to play with. There is also a patio area so our furry friends can get some shade, if needed. When it comes to cats, I am more than happy to accommodate any size cat, I have a loft in my house that cats love to climb up into and laze about. They have toys and scratching posts up there as well for enrichment. I also have a beautiful beam that stretches above my kitchen that they tend to love to lay on and watch people walk around below. Every animal is different with its own unique temperament . What I enjoy doing is creating a comfy, secure, calm, and fun environment for each and every animal I get the opportunity to meet and care for.

About: I am so excited to start pet sitting at Rover, which is an amazing opportunity. I will be able to walk your dog and play with them, feed them and give them medicine if needed. About: I’ve taken care of animals for over 14 years. Friends, neighbors, family, friends of friends, I’ve spent 20+ weekends a year house/pet sitting, and have averaged 3 dog walks a week for the last 3 years. I also have my Dog, Cat, and Pet First Aid Certificate as well as my Pet CPR Training Certificate from American Red Cross. Right now, I’m taking online courses for my profession. In between classes I would like to take breaks by taking care of animals. It’s both a stress reliever and something I love to do. About: Currently, an employee of a 24hr animal hospital, as well as, worked as lead staff in a dog daycare for six years I'm certain your dog will have a very safe and fun time! I've had 2 dogs for 18 years and still have my one mini-Aussie and we frequently go on hikes and road trips. I'm also versed in a little grooming having done it my own Aussie. I currently work full-time on the weekends so weekdays are my main free schedule. I typically go on hikes (short or long), walks for photography, and sometimes go for a run. I believe in "leave no trace" and as an organized and neat person, I will tend to clean up for others ensuring that everything is well kept as my way of showing respect for other's homes. I will follow any routines and guidelines for your pet and also get frequent notifications on their status along with professional pictures (if requested). I can also offer to take your pet on hikes with me as I tend to go frequently. As an employee of an animal hospital, if any accidents were to happen I can take it upon myself to take them with me to the hospital.
