From the start, she was attentive and caring, making sure to follow their daily routine so well that when I picked them up, they slipped right back into it without any trouble. Zuko requires daily medication, and Kirsten made sure he received every dose right on time, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She also kept me updated with pictures throughout their stay, and it was easy to see how happy and comfortable both Zuko and Dante were with her. It’s always a little nerve-wracking leaving your pets, but Kirsten made it such a stress-free experience. I could tell my boys were in good hands the entire time. We needed a sitter for Penny and Goose on short notice and, to our luck, Brian had availability and was so responsive that we were able to squeeze in a meet-and-greet and schedule the booking with him in the short time before our trip. While we were away, Brian sent daily updates and pictures of their day with Penny and Goose, and even tried to help Penny through a limp she got just before our trip. He was also so kind to buy extra food pouches for our dogs. Brian and Adriana have a quiet, calm, and peaceful home, and their warm and friendly demeanor quickly won over our little guy, Goose, who can sometimes be standoffish around new humans. Brian and Adriana truly treated Penny and Goose like their own, I don’t think even they wanted to leave when it was time to go home :) 10/10 recommend and will book, again!! Thank you for taking such great care of our pups!!!”
