While we were away, Brian sent daily updates and pictures of their day with Penny and Goose, and even tried to help Penny through a limp she got just before our trip. He was also so kind to buy extra food pouches for our dogs. Simba came home with his tale tucked.. not only bc we had to give him calming medication or that we had an hour drive home.. but bc he met an angel named Halo (Charles' cat) and is lovesick. He seems to have found love, so I have a suspicion I have been replaced as Simba's #1 girl. I thought #2 isn't so bad right? But I soon came to learn I actually have dropped to #3, bc Simba has found a new bestie in Charles' daughter. Who is #1 between Halo and daughter? Idk maybe y'all can ask Charles 😒 No amount of cat nip can cure my blues. The morning I dropped him off, I placed Cooper down on the pavement to see how he would react. To my amazement, Betty’s kind spirit attracted him like a moth to a flame. He ran over, pounced into her open arms, and followed her into her the house without so much as a cry. When I picked him up he that evening he gave her a million kisses before leaving. The following day, he did the same but with even more gusto. We needed a sitter for Penny and Goose on short notice and, to our luck, Brian had availability and was so responsive that we were able to squeeze in a meet-and-greet and schedule the booking with him in the short time before our trip. While we were away, Brian sent daily updates and pictures of their day with Penny and Goose, and even tried to help Penny through a limp she got just before our trip. He was also so kind to buy extra food pouches for our dogs. Brian and Adriana have a quiet, calm, and peaceful home, and their warm and friendly demeanor quickly won over our little guy, Goose, who can sometimes be standoffish around new humans. Brian and Adriana truly treated Penny and Goose like their own, I don’t think even they wanted to leave when it was time to go home :) 10/10 recommend and will book, again!!
