“I left my two pugs with Doug and his family for a few nights while my family and I went out of town, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Doug was so nice and constantly kept me updated with how my babies were doing. I was nervous about leaving them having not done it in a while, and he was completely understanding and really helped to make me feel comfortable. He sent me cute little photos of them and gave me updates on their sleeping, eating and bathroom habits! He handled all of my concerns and made my pugs feel like they were on vacation too! Overall I am so happy to have found him and his family, anytime we go out of town from now on I will leave my little piglets with him! Highly highly recommend!”

About: I have been a dog mama for 30 years and I have fostered many many dogs for multiple rescues in NJ and CA for over 20 years. I am recently retired and my 3 adult kids are independent. I have the time to give your pet all my attention. I now have very little daily responsibilities. I live in a house where our 1/2 acre of backyard is completely fenced. If you were to trust me with your pet, he/she would be treated like my own and would not be left outside unattended. Your dog would be allowed on my furniture and beds Cs and would get daily walks.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid, so I have plenty of experience. I also own a 5 month old mini aussiedoodle who is great with other small/medium sized dogs. She is crate trained, sleep trained, potty trained, and leash trained. I have lots of experience with dog training and have done a lot of research on it! I work from home full time, so I will be able to give potty breaks as often as I need to. I typically take Callie (my dog) to the park 2-3x a day and out to go potty every couple hours. I care for my pets in my home by making sure I ask all of the necessary questions beforehand. I make sure they are fed, enjoy their time with me, and get all their zoomies out at the park!

About: I started my career early volunteering as a teenager at the local humane society. ❤️ Working at the humane society we had dogs and kitties from every background come our way, and it was our job to take care of them, help them grow, and make sure they were comfortable every single day. My experience includes 15 years of taking care of puppies, mid-age doggies and elderly doggies of all sizes. On top of professional time spent with doggies my family dogs were a big beautiful boxer bull mastiff named Layla, and a little Sheltie named Lady. I now have a one year old Golden Sammy named Zena. About: I used to train dolphins and have brief experience as a Veterinarian Assistant but now I work fully remote. I have two dogs of my own but have a big house/yard I can keep your fur babies away from mine if needed :) I’m home 5am-5pm daily. I do have an obligation at 5pm-8pm but that’s the only time I’m away. Your fur babies will get lots of outside zoomies. They are allowed on couches and can play with mine or get solo playtime Side note - my dogs will bark during drop off I will do my best to mitigate it but my dogs will be outside while yours gets settled and comfortable inside. I am available for boarding at my home. I can do feeding and medications. No cats. They have a big yard to play in and lots of couches and beds to snooze on

About: I will pay full attention to your dog. I will also watch cats, whether that is alone or with a dog present. I am very friendly, patient, and energetic. I have a fascination and respect for all animals. I will follow any specific instructions I am provided about your dog, I know they are all unique. I do have cats, they will never be in the same area as your dog. If your dog is an indoor dog I will keep them inside. I am frequent on bathroom breaks, and you can always ask me for updates and photos on your pup! I can also send updates and photos on your cat. I am willing to work with mostly any animal and am able to work with any unique quirks or personality traits your animal may have as long as you let me know how I need To act to make your pet as comfortable as possible. I also worked at a veterinary clinic for a while and was very hands on with the pets there even though I worked as the receptionist. I’ve had animals all my life. I am available most week days and Friday. I am also available Monday after 3! Any other days are negotiable based on what you need and what I am able to provide. I have fenced in part of the yard and also about a half an acre of open land where I can let your pet run while I watch them. I am also comfortable with animals that just want to hang out and watch tv.
