When things slow down and I enjoy watching the dogs run around the yard while I work on projects around the house. In our home, dogs have the opportunity to venture between the house and the patio or back yard freely (so long as you are okay w that). The backyard is completely fenced in and double-gated. There is also fresh water dispersed around the property, along with plenty of toys and chews to play with. There is also a patio area so our furry friends can get some shade, if needed. When it comes to cats, I am more than happy to accommodate any size cat, I have a loft in my house that cats love to climb up into and laze about. They have toys and scratching posts up there as well for enrichment. I also have a beautiful beam that stretches above my kitchen that they tend to love to lay on and watch people walk around below. Every animal is different with its own unique temperament . What I enjoy doing is creating a comfy, secure, calm, and fun environment for each and every animal I get the opportunity to meet and care for.

About: I am so excited to start pet sitting at Rover, which is an amazing opportunity. I will be able to walk your dog and play with them, feed them and give them medicine if needed. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I had 2 labs and a German Shepard growing up. I currently help dog sit and walk my neighbors dogs and my schedule is extremely flexible I currently have an extremely flexible schedule so I can work Monday through Sunday and I am willing to work with anyone on fitting my schedule around their needs. I currently live in a small ADU Unit in a backyard that is fenced off from my neighbors who own two friendly dogs, due to how small my unit is I would prefer to stay at a clients home if I needed to dogsit overnight!

About: My love for animals grew when I got my dog moe (the chihuahua in my photos) he is my bestfriend and he is the cutest dog ever! I love spending time with your pets and especially taking tons of photos to send to you. I like to give updates to you throughout the day so you know your bestfriend is safe with me! I do online school at the Junior College so I would be at your house for most of the time giving all the scratches and love to your pet ☺️ I am free throughout the week and can normally fit around anyones schedule. If things come up in the future they will be updated that week on my calendar if I become booked Whenever I leave to go run an errand I always check to make sure all the doors are locked. It is something I always do, even at my own home to make sure the pets are safe. I also like to take them out ever 2 hours just to be sure they are always relieved. If you ask for walks I always love doing them and getting some exercise for your dog and me!

I’m currently in school working toward my Ph.D., and since I’m not working a traditional job right now, I have pretty open availability for pet sitting, walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. Plus, every booking helps put me through school, so your pets can officially say they helped someone become Dr. Kirby. 😂 I’ve had animals my whole life and am comfortable caring for pets of all different sizes, ages, personalities, and needs. I currently have two dogs and cats of my own who love making new friends, so if your pup stays with me, they’ll have some built-in buddies. They take their hosting duties very seriously! If your pets would rather stay in the comfort of their own home, I’m happy to come to them too. I’m also willing to travel farther for multi-day stays. I have experience giving medications and injections and will follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Most importantly: I genuinely love animals!
