About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets. I’m comfortable with a wide range of temperaments and needs, and I have experience administering prescription medications to both dogs and cats. I am currently a part-time remote student, so my schedule is pretty flexible! This allows me to easily accommodate pet care needs throughout the day, whether that’s drop-in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, or administering medications. I’m able to provide consistent companionship and care, especially for pets who need a little extra attention or have specific routines. I’m also available during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, which helps me adapt to each pet’s unique schedule. I tailor my care based on each pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs—whether I’m caring for them in my home or yours. In Your Home: I do my best to maintain your pet’s normal routine to help them feel secure and relaxed while you're away. This includes feeding, walking, playtime, litter box or potty breaks, medication (if needed), and of course, lots of attention and affection! I also make sure your home stays tidy and your pet feels safe and loved in their familiar environment. In My Home (if applicable): My home is a calm, pet-friendly space where your furry friend can feel comfortable and cared for. I keep a clean, safe environment and follow your instructions closely when it comes to food, exercise, crate time, or special needs. I limit the number of pets I take at once to ensure each one gets plenty of one-on-one time and care. No matter the setting, I treat every pet like they’re part of the family—with patience, love, and attention to detail.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was 8! I have had dogs, cats, hedgehogs, turtles, and many more. I currently have a one year old dog and 6 year old cat. I love animals and caring for them and love meeting new dogs and cats. I also foster animals through the humane society. I currently work hybrid so work from home Thursday through Monday. I am able to be very attentive during these days and will always be available via call or text from owners. Since i foster animals, I am very qualified to care for new animals and bring them into my home. I know how to do proper interactions and look forward to meeting new animals during this process.

About: I grew up with a dog and a cat since I was 5 years old. I have been regularly dog sitting for friends and family for 6 years from puppies to older dogs. I also have a 3 year old cat who gets along with all animals (who regularly visit and stay with me). I would love to spend time wiht your furry family member and show them the love and care you would while youre away I work from home with a flexible schedule so am available for lots of care and walks during the day. I also love to go to the beach and hike if your dog likes to go for an adventure. I have a quiet upstairs apartment where I live with my kitten who is friendly & loves to play with all dogs and cats he has met. I have a great green space to walk your dog and happy to bring on hikes or to the beach if they like that. Please bring your own crate if your dog uses one.

About: Being on the younger side means I bring lots of energy and real excitement to every animal I meet—I’m always ready to match their playfulness! But I also take my responsibilities seriously. I’m attentive, dependable, and focused on making sure your kid feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether I’m helping them learn the ropes or gently supporting a senior, I adjust to their needs with kindness and patience. Your kid won’t just be looked after—they’ll be treated like part of the family. As a stay-at-home wife that’s getting my degree online, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to the animals I care for. I love going on outdoor adventures—whether it’s a long walk, a quiet park stroll, or just soaking up the sun overall. And when I’m not outside, I’m often off on an adventure in a good book! My days are calm, consistent, and centered at home, which means your kid will get lots of attention, companionship, and love throughout the day. Whether I'm caring for pups or kitties in my home or yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I make sure the environment is clean, secure, and tailored to each of their needs—watching closely for anything that could pose a risk and keeping their daily routines consistent. Having been trained as a lifeguard and later working in an interactive animal “sanctuary” that I left, I have been witness to fast paced environments and unsafe ones for the animals. I have unfortunately seen what a lack of care can do. And so knowing how to act quickly and efficiently, to keep a safe and loving environment is of the utmost importance to me. I take time to understand each animal’s personality so they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. From feeding and potty breaks to giving medications or just offering quiet companionship, I approach every task with care and attention. Their well-being is always my priority.

About: Born and raised in Southern California, I’ve always shared my life with dogs — at least one, always by my side. I currently have one pup of my own, and caring for dogs is one of my greatest joys. Whether it’s exploring new places on a walk or curling up together at home, I love seeing how much happiness these simple moments bring them. I have experience with everything from puppy training to senior and foster care, and I’m excited to meet your dog and give them the love and attention they deserve. I take my 2.5 year old bichon + shih tzu mix for 3-4 mile runs or walks most days. I am self employed & work remote, so have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I have a fenced yard where your dog can safely play, along with my own friendly, social dog — a 2.5-year-old small/medium mix. He loves to interact, but I’ve also trained him to respect other dogs’ space if they prefer to keep to themselves. I’m happy to crate your dog overnight if that’s your preference. Overall, I’m very flexible and open to any specific routines or needs you have. My top priorities are your dog’s comfort and happiness — and yours too.

“Sydney was responsive, timely and attentive with our dog Bella! After our meet and greet I felt comfortable leaving Bella in her care, and she did a great job! Thank you so much!”

About: I've done dog walking & pet sitting for 3 years now. I can give references of my past work. My husband Josh & I have 2 dogs of our own. Priscilla we rescued and Freya we got as a newborn puppy so we both have experience raising dogs. I know basic training, how to clip nails, bathe dogs & take care of them and make them happy. Keeping a dog active and engaged in training is the best way to keep them happy and healthy, and I want to do that for your furry best friend! I'm currently unemployed since my husband & I just moved to Camp Pendleton in late August of this year. I have free availability everyday so I would love to start gaining clients soon! I have a big fenced in backyard for the pups to run around in. We have large crates to keep the pups in while we're gone. We have toys to keep them entertained. I also don't mind being in the clients home and following their rules and routine for their pets to make their loved one feel comfortable.

About: While I didn't grow up in a zoo, it sure felt like it! I've cared for cats and dogs of all sizes and breeds, plus horses, rodents, and chickens. With two cats of my own, I know how to keep your pets happy and comfortable. I work from home, so I’m flexible and happy to cater to your pet's needs! I currently work full-time remote so I am pretty flexible other than morning/afternoon meetings. I generally have plenty of flexibility in the mornings, around lunch and in the evenings and have pretty open weekends unless otherwise noted. I am happy to keep your pets schedule as close to normal as possible. I will feed, do any necessary cleaning up after the pet or walking and am happy to spend extra time playing with your pet to keep them company while you are away.

About: Your dog and I have a shared interest in outside walks! 😊 I have been a dog mom for most of my life, and I enjoy caring for animals. We recently moved to the CA area, and I’m studying for a licensure exam. I’d like to spend more time walking outside when not studying. My schedule is flexible. I’d love to help out as a walking buddy as-needed or on a regular basis. My dog is a 13.5 yr old doxie (pictured) but I have cared for Great Danes, German Shepherds, Goldens, Labs, etc over the years (for friends, neighbors, etc). I enjoy caring for all, large or small! Note: I live in coastal Oceanside/Carlsbad area. My schedule is flexible. I’d prefer to help out any time 9am-7pm, but am open to anything. I currently am studying for an licensure exam, and don’t go into an office on a regular schedule. I'm very comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes, and am happy to prepare meals as needed, walk, cuddle, play, and keep your dog company.

Sarah loves dogs, and her home is a great place for Grace, as she has a "playmate" for Grace, in the form of Penny, Sarah's dappled dachshund! Sarah is dependable and adaptable, and would be a great addition to Rover.com Sincerely, Dinah”

Anna O.
“I absolutely trust Anna with my pets, and she’s my go to for everything related to them from, walks and feeding to playing and spending quality time during our trips. I love my pets dearly, and it's important to me that someone who truly cares for them takes the time and energy to bond with them when we’re away. In the past, I’ve had dog sitters who would just show up, feed them, and leave in a matter of minutes, which made me feel awful for my dogs. But when I met Anna, I immediately saw the difference, she genuinely cares for my pets. She’s not just sweet and caring, she’s passionate about spending quality time with them. I’d 100% always recommend Anna to anyone who loves their pets as much as we do!”

Alexis M.
