“Tristen did a great job keeping Ms. Allie. She is known for hiding. She found a hiding place underneath Kristen's bed but she her space and she could see the food and water. After she received a treat and everything was good. Kristen sent clips show she was petting her. I will use Kristen again for Mrs Allie. I got a chance to relax on my trip and not worry about Ms. Allie.”

“Naomi is the best! Takes great care of my pup and is our go to provider for frequent travel. She is very flexible , stays in contact and provides update as requested. Judging by how excited dog gets when she sees her, I know my dog is in good hands whenever Naomi has her.”
“Our pup had a great time with Molly! She was warm and inviting from the first meetup. Very quick to respond and easy to schedule. Flexible with our travel schedule. Her place was neat with lots of space for doggies. We would book with her again.”

“I can't thank Joanne enough for taking great care of my baby, I have never left her with anyone before and I was very apprehensive. Once I met Joanne, I was immediately at ease in leaving Sable with her for 5 days. I will definitely use Joanne for future sittings and taking great care of my baby.”

“Absolutely great experience! Received daily photos and videos of my big boy Teddy living his best life. This was my first time using this service and I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Madison and Isiah! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again! ❤️”

“Ruth enjoyed her time with Courtney and Shadow. They all got along very well, and Ruth’s stay allowed her to socialize and take a break from her normal routine. Courtney helped me to not worry about Ruth or how things were going by sharing videos and keeping me updated on how she was getting along.”

“So great! First time boarding my dog so I was nervous, but Jaxx was in great hands. She sent me photos and updates while I was gone. My dog got along great with her pup and they got to play in a fenced in yard and everything! Would take him back there if I went on another trip for sure.”

“Gail was excellent! The love she has for animals is so vibrant and she took great care of my Baxter. She kept me updated as needed and made him feel right at home. I would most definitely recommend if you want someone that will treat them like their own!”

“Leisha and Elijah were amazing! They went above and beyond for us to stay in communication while being out of the country and we're so thankful for all the pictures we got every single day and the updates that came with! Our dogs were definitely loved and had such fun!”

“My dog stayed with Samantha and Matthew twice and he loved it. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them and am confident he’s well taken care of. They are my first choice when I need a sitter in the future.”

“Super sweet, communicative and caring! Azalea was so good at keeping up with messaging update photos while I was in my trip. And super understanding when I didn’t have exact dates for my trip! Definitely recommend”

“Very good experience. My dog can’t talk but, looks like he enjoyed it at her place. Very well informed about him so, we didn’t have to worry much. This was my first time leaving him with a sitter. I always used boarding facilities. I think this is better for him instead of sitting in a kennel all the time. I would definitely go to her again if we need.”

“I was very happy that Taylor was able to keep Bogie during my trip out of town. She sent me photos everyday and he was very happy and healthy when she delivered him back to me. I will definitely use her again.”

“This was my first time using Rover since my Vet was booked, I came across Julissa and she was very flexible with my last minute needs and flexible with my drop off and pick up times. She provided updates as needed along with photos of playtime, walks and was very responsive when I wanted to check in on my pup. Hopefully she will let us come back if needed! 😊”

About: Hi, I’m Angie, a lifelong dog lover and proud “dog mom” to seniors, rescues, and big personalities. Animals have always been part of our family life (so much so that my daughter is now at LSU Veterinary School!). I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments for years, from energetic multi-dog households to seniors, rescues, and special-needs pups. I have experience with medication administration, post-surgery rehab, blindness, seizures, and senior care. I'm comfortable following detailed routines, giving medications when needed, and adapting to each dog’s age, personality, and comfort level. I’ve helped friends and neighbors with walks, drop-ins, and overnights for years, and I’ve also been on the client side of Rover, so I truly understand the anxiety that can come with leaving your pets behind. My goal is simple: your pet feels safe and loved, and you feel completely at ease. I’m naturally curious about animal behavior, training, nutrition, and preventative care. I’ve volunteered in shelter programs (including TNR assistance) and enjoy continuing to learn more about how to support animals at every stage of life. Whether your pet needs play and adventure, a steady routine, or gentle senior support, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I have a flexible schedule and am available for drop-in visits and walks throughout the day, including mornings, midday, and evenings. I do have a weekend morning commitment, but I’m available before and after and will always make sure your pet’s needs are met. I care for pets in their own home where they are most comfortable and maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. I’m attentive to behavior, safety, and details, and will always follow your instructions carefully. I provide updates so you feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for.
“Tammy is amazing! She has such a calming and welcoming spirit. My dog has separation anxiety and to see my pup jump up to tell her goodbye was so sweet. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!!”

“They were so patient with Chase. I had never gone out of town before where I didn’t take Chase. This was our first experience. He didn’t take it well but Renee continued to send updates and Chase got used to being with them. I would of course book with her again!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Cammack Village
They sent many photos of Scrappy, and kept him nice and happy. He did have a sick tummy and they made sure he was okay. When we went to pick him up we had locked all our belongings in the car. They had insisted on driving us to our apartment across town. They were absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter.

Cheyenne was AWESOME and her home is very much a haven for furry guests, especially if you have a spoilt brat like mine. I wish I found Cheyenne sooner! I received updated news and pics everyday. I can also see from the pics that Jett was comfortable and having a great time. I was gone for Thanksgiving week and I felt at ease knowing Jett was well taken cared of. Thank you so much Cheyenne. I appreciate you.

Bridget had a room in her home especially for Lacey & Jasper! It was very spacious clean and with a TV! She communicated with me letting me know how they were doing and asked for suggestions! She kept me informed on a regular basis. I appreciate the care she showed my dogs.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
