“Alana was great! She communicated with us, sent photos, and was very caring to our animals. I get overwhelmed leaving my animals, but I was able to enjoy my night away with my husband and not worry about if my animals were let out or taken care of. We Will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

About: I've taken care of animals since I was in high school. I deeply enjoy walking dogs, taking care of cats, and ensuring that each animal has what they need to succeed and thrive. I am a college student with mostly morning classes. I am available for walks and drop-ins in the greater Rochester area around Henrietta, extending south to Geneseo and Lakeville. Care for pets in homes involves putting the pet and pet owners' needs first, and balancing environmental, dog, and personal needs well. I ensure this by clear communication with owners, responsibility for myself and for the care and well-being of your pets, and setting clear expectations (and treats!) with pets.

“Jessica did a great job taking care of our pets. We have a sr schnauzer and we appreciated the pictures and updates she sent each visit. She is very pleasant person, and we will definitely contact her again when we need Petsitting.”

“Arianne was a wonderful cat sitter to my two cats. She did a good job communicating with me. She was attentive and caring with the cats and let me know how they were doing each day. She also sent me pictures. She went above and beyond and even scheduled an extra day to watch the cats at the end when our flight was canceled.”

“Jasmine was wonderful! When my trip was extended due to car trouble, she extended the reservation to cover the days I was out without any problems. She was very patient with my shy cat, and by the end of the stay was even able to pet her. Jasmine also brought in my packages and cleaned up my cat's vomit. I couldn't ask for more.”

About: Hi, I’m Jackie! 🐾 With many years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, I truly love what I do. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who needs extra exercise or a shy kitty who needs gentle companionship, I always treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m reliable, responsible, and attentive to each animal’s unique needs and personality. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priority. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! I currently work full time and am looking for an extra side gig! I am available all weekends and weekday evenings after 4:30 to care for your animal! I have experience with high anxiety dogs, so I understand that a new face can be hard for some furry friends! About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I looked after neighborhood dogs when the family would be out of town. I walk them, feed them, play with them, and have had dogs stay with me at my home. I take care of my own dog and we are very active. Being active is part of my dog’s breed and is something I could provide for animals that are at home while owners are at work or out of town. I live in a townhome with one dog that will keep your pet busy! Sage loves to play, run, and swim. As far as going to other homes I have stayed in the home for a couple hours playing with the animals. Either one works for me. When we do have another dog stay with us, we constantly stay active and also have time for rest. Dog parks, hikes, walking on the beach, are some examples of activities that I have done with other dogs.

About: I have 4 years of experience in a grooming facility, doing bathing, nail trims, grooming, and working directly with our trainers and playcare department! I have lots of experience with dogs of almost every single breed, temperament, and size. I am also very experienced in basic first aid, and totally comfortable working with special needs animals. I am currently in school with pretty open availability during the weekdays, and full availability on weekends/all nights. Starting in May, I will have 100% availability for dog sitting! I have a large unfenced yard, as well as many close walking trails. There are currently no other animals in the home, and there is a safe private room available for emergencies in addition to full range of the house. There are stairs in my home, but I have gates to install if there are any senior animals who don’t do well with stairs!

“Sarah was absolutely wonderful to have at the house to care for my pets! This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t be more impressed. Sarah came out prior to the day I needed assistance to meet my pets and learn where everything was or what was needed. As the visits occurred she was great about sending photos and also tracking what the animals did as far as going potty, eating, etc. I knew my fur babies were in good hands!”

If you prefer I don't bring him just let me know so I can make other arrangements! I'm a stay at home mom so I usually have open availability! My 20 month old son loves to tag along on walks as long as it's ok with you and your pup! I'm currently not offering boarding in my home, but I can certainly come to yours! “Ian walked our dog Zelda weekly for a couple of years. He was reliable, caring and Zelda loved him! It was fun to watch Zelda get so excited when she heard him arrive. He always asked how she was feeling and listened to us and to her body language. Zelda was an aging dog and Ian knew how to read her energy level to decide whether they'd take and easy walk through the park or out on a trail.”

“I was very lucky to find Jacqueline on rover! She was professional, respectful and beyond trustworthy of taking care of my grate Dane which is a very large animal! She spent her time talking care of Georgia, giving her the love she needed and put my mind at ease knowing she was in great hands!! I highly recommend Jacqueline and I’ll be using her from here on out! 5 stars all a round! Book with her you will not be disappointed!! And your animals will be loved and cared for!”

Morgan B.
“Morgan is one of the most responsible friends I have, especially when it comes to her dog, Sage. The love and care she has provided to Sage is that similar to a mother and child. This is probably because of Sage being a rescue dog; Morgan saw the needs of a scared dog and created a loving and trusted relationship. I know this would be extended to any dog Morgan is in charge of the care of. You’d be incredibly lucky to have Morgan care for and walk your dog :)”
