“We took our two year old Westie to Jen and Brents for an overnight stay to see how she would do. Maggie loved being there. She was so well cared for that when we came to pick her up it was like a quick 'Hi!!' and kiss and she was off. We where curious to see how she would fair at betime but she snuggled in on their bed (although she is a 'bed hog!!!' or I say a 'pillow hog?'. but felt right at home. They spent time playing with her with her toys, making sure she had lots of outside time. Maggie loves to be outside. So we would highly recomend Jen and Brent to take care of your beloved pet anytime if you are looking for exceptional care. We will be using them again for sure.”

“We had to leave Simba with Richard for a long duration of 21 days. We’re a bit worried as Simba was never away from us for more than a week in past. However we were amazed to see how quickly Simba formed a bond with Richard and Oreo ( Richard’s pet) during the meet and greet session. Richard is an amazing dog lover. He sent us regular updates and pictures of Simba without us having to remind him. Simba was really happy with him and had a great time. Richard also made him try Christmas clothes.. lol. When we went to pick up Simba, Richard had neatly packed all his stuff so we didn’t have to worry. It was very sweet of him and his partner to have knitted a woollen winter beanie for Simba that he absolutely loved. We as parents are glad that Simba stayed with Richard while we were on vacation. Definitely going to Richard for repeat as long as he’s available. Thanks again!”

Bailey was an amazing sitter! She was able to take Eva on very short notice and was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and kind throughout the entire stay. From the moment we met, I felt comfortable leaving Eva with her. Melissa was one of the greatest borders I’ve ever had my dogs stay at. She works from home so almost always with them, is extremely accommodating, quick on responsiveness and great at providing updates with pictures. Believe it or not, she boarded my THREE Dobermans, 2 girls and a boy, for a full 24h while I had to get out of town. Also a plus for owners with big dogs who play rough with other dogs; nothing to worry about, she does not have a dog of her own living with her! Always very positive and professional in our interactions, will definitely use her boarding services again if ever needed!
Connor was absolutely exceptional. From the moment Draper arrived, it was clear he was in thoughtful, capable, and genuinely caring hands. Connor communicated consistently with detailed updates that were reassuring and honest, which made a huge difference while I was traveling. He was attentive to Draper’s comfort, routines, and little nuances, especially during a sudden cold snap, and went out of his way to make sure Draper stayed warm, comfortable, and happy. Draper settled in beautifully, bonded quickly, and was clearly relaxed, content, and very well cared for. It is obvious Connor truly loves what he does, and that care and calm energy shows in how dogs respond to him. I could not have asked for a better experience and would trust Connor again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
