Teena and Wayne were instantly responsive and arranged for a meet and greet with my dog Karma prior to us deciding whether or not she would benefit and be a good fit for staying 12 days with them while I was away. The meet and greet went well, and I felt confident that Karma would be well taken care of while I was traveling. She was instantly comfortable with both of them and they also asked important questions about Karma and how best to care for her! That showed me that they really do care about their quality of service, and that I could trust them to watch her. They were great at setting me updates throughout the time that I was away and that allowed me to feel more confident and comfortable that Karma was in good hands. I highly recommend Teena and Wayne for pet boarding services and will definitely be a repeat. Customer should the opportunity arise that I need care for Karma in the future.
