Experience with all breeds: We have plenty of experience caring for small to large dogs, and we understand that each dog has its own unique personality and needs. I’m especially experienced in working with dogs who may have anxiety or nervousness in new environments. I use gentle, patient techniques to help calm and comfort anxious pups, ensuring they feel safe and relaxed while in my care. Your dog’s comfort is our top priority, and we are here to help them feel at ease while you’re away. Tristan has been around dogs since he was a child, so he’s had plenty of time to learn the ins and outs of dog care. He’s grown up with everything from playful Pugs to gentle giants like English Mastiffs, and has experience caring for puppies of all sizes and breeds. Whether your dog is big or small, old or young, we’ve got you covered. We are Ready to Help: We're not just looking to "watch" your dog – we want to care for them. Our goal is to give your pet a fun, stress-free experience that feels just like home. We’ll keep them safe, entertained, and loved every step of the way! We can help reinforce training for young pups while you’re away as well as keep a close eye on senior dogs if they have any health concerns. We are very attentive and serious about your dog's health! Their safety and health is THE most important thing while under our supervision. With our combined experience and genuine love for dogs, we promise your pup will be in good hands. With the two of us always on the clock, you can be sure that your pets getting the attention they need, with proper grooming, feeding, and playing that's tailored to your pet. We are animal lovers and promise we will do our best to bond to your pet and make your pet feel happy and safe. We keep a clean house, both yours and our own, and promise to respect to your boundaries following your care instructions to the letter. We have been able to find quiet routes for more skittish dogs and longer walks that lead to fun, playful days in the park for high energy pups! We are no stranger to rearranging our apartment to best accommodate the dog in our care (hiding garbage cans when anxious dogs dig in them & putting up steps for dogs with back problems).

This was our first time using Rover. Tristan and Julia were available in our neighbourhood and they were terrific. Easy going, caring and very accommodating. Our cockapoo had no problem getting used to them and they kept us regularly posted with updates and photos. I’d recommend them.
Julia and Tristan were absolutely wonderful. They had excellent communication the entire time and sent lots of pictures which made us feel comfortable and at ease. We can tell that they really do care for animals and we will absolutely be booking with them again in the future. We couldn’t be more pleased with them.
Julia and Tristan are wonderful, caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable care givers. Our 2 girls have stayed with them twice and we’ve just had the best experiences both times, and know our girls are in very good hands! One of our dogs has a chronic health issue that they’re mindful of too, which we don’t always feel when they’ve been cared for by others. They’re great about sending updates (not excessively, just the perfect amount!) and we look forward to continuing to book them for more stays in the future! Thanks you guys 🥰

Julia and Tristan were great at looking after my pup Oreo and I got regular pictures. He had a great time and loved Tristan especially. They were really flexible with pick up when my flight got delayed.

Schedule
We are readily available for week days and weekends. We coordinate to the best of our abilities to not work overlapping times so we can stay home when we have a dog in our care. We are committed to being able to care for your pup whenever we're called to action. Updates can be delivered at a moments notice while your best friend is in our care! We are currently WFH!

- Any unique traits or quirks would be a plus to know, but of course be sure to let us know if we need to accomodate for any medication or special needs to make sure we can give them the most comfortable care possible. No detail is too small, whether it’s playing white noise/nature sounds for your pup to reduce anxiety or reinforcing training/commands, we are happy to accommodate!
