“Catia was AMAZING with Altivo. We left Altivo with her for 10 days and she sent updates regularly. She took him for daily walks, a trip to Canadian tire, the beach and car rides. In Every photo our dog looked so happy. He even had an issue with his ears that she took care of and snuggled him to make him feel at home. Definitely recommend her as she clearly loves animals and takes very good care of them.”

“Heather and Matt were absolutely incredible with Charlie during our 10 days away. We had met with another sitter before them and it just didn’t feel right, but from our very first meet and greet with Heather and Matt, we immediately knew they were the perfect fit. We felt confident leaving Charlie in their care. They treated him like part of their family and truly loved him. Their communication was exceptional—we received regular updates and lots of photos, which gave us such peace of mind. This was especially important to us as Charlie had recently had surgery to remove a lump on his back and still had stitches. They followed all instructions perfectly and were so attentive and caring. Charlie is also very spoiled and loves being cozy with his blankets, and they went above and beyond by setting up his bed near the fireplace to keep him warm! We felt completely at ease the entire time and were so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay. We cannot recommend Heather and Matt highly enough.”

“Karen and Jorge were very easy to schedule a stay for my Yorkie Olly. They were interested in making sure he was safe and well cared for. “This was our Dog's first time staying with a sitter, and we were honestly nervous about using Rover. We had tried other sitters for a fit, but she never connected with them. With our trip coming up, we found Shelly and her family at the very last minute and didn’t even have time for a meet‑and‑greet. What immediately drew us in was that they had young kids even more than having their own dogs because she absolutely loves children. We knew the transition would be hard for her, but Shelly and her family went above and beyond. They sent us daily updates, were incredibly patient, and gave her the space she needed. Over time, she warmed up and even started going on walks with them after 3days of not going on a walk, She quickly transitioned to 4 walks in a day. Shelly was reassuring throughout, reminding us that given her age, this adjustment was completely normal, and that by her third stay she’d likely be even more comfortable. I would recommend Shelly and her family over and over again.”

“This was the first positive boarding experience our 9yr old golden retriever has ever had (admittedly he usually stays in kennels). Normally, our retriever is stressed and anxious but Maddie clearly has a lot of experience and settled our dog almost immediately. Her home and yard provide the perfect environment whether your dog is active or just prefers to lounge on the couch. Her obedient lab and daschund were great companions. A nearby park and green space/creek provide a convenient off-the-road exercise venue. Maddie walked our dog right at sunrise before it got too hot and gauged his energy level throughout the 3 day stay to ensure he wasn't overworked. She provided frequent updates with photos and clearly he was a very happy dog. Medication was also property administered. I certainly plan to use Maddie's services again and highly recommend her!”
