I have experience with feeding, walks, playing, basic care, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little. I love spending time with my dogs, Jimmy and Dave. Taking them on walks, giving them cuddles, giving them treats, etc. My goal is to make sure all animals have the best quality of life! I’m currently studying business, I am taking a fast track which means I am also in school during the summer. As well as being in school, I have a part time job at a restaurant as a hostess. My classes are usually around one hour long which gives me the rest of the day to spend with your furry baby. I will care for your animals by feeding on scheduled times, taking them for walks, spending as much time as possible with your animals. I ensure that your animals will be treated as my own!

About: Hi, I'm Kirsten, but you can call me Kirty as all my friends do! I've been looking after animals for other people in my life for as long as I can remember. This is where my passion lies and I want to spend as much time with animals as I can. I have years of experience with cats and dogs of all ages and breeds. Next up on my list of things to learn is animal CPR! I will update once I'm certified. I work a part-time job with fairly flexible hours, and have had to balance both working and pet care many times over the last 5 years. My main priority is to do whatever is best for the pets, so I always find a way to fit them into my schedule. I'm very easy-going so we can always find something that works, together! About: First of all - I empathize with your tough decision; leaving your fur baby in the hands of another is always a stressful experience. I want to make sure this is a pawsitive experience for you - to answer any questions, send regular updates and photos of your fur baby being spoiled, feeling safe and comfortable in your absence - which would be stressful for them as well. I will not derail your training or nutrition routines as I know it takes a lot of work and dedication to raise a healthy, happy pet. I work full time M to F, 8 to 3. If by chance your fur baby needed to spend any weekdays with me, I’m happy to crate or provide a space free of dangers - garbages up, stairs downstairs gated off and peaceful music in the background. I can also ask my folks (retired) to stop by for a pet and a pee. Mainly - I am looking to sit during weekends (when I am fully off) and holidays (I get all school holidays off) - where it will be me and your fur baby from morning till night! Also - if your pet is more comfortable at his/her own home, I don’t mind having the discussion of me staying over with you. I think it would be really beautiful to get to know your pet like an auntie so that you all can rely on a familiar face as you travel and your pets grow older! I live on an acre of land, with a creek in my backyard. I do not live on a busy street, however, I do not have a fenced in property. I would never let your dog or cat outside to roam without myself at the end of their leash. I will gladly exercise your fur baby with toys, lick pads and long-tether leash walks, in the backyard, on the trails (depending on heartworm/tick medications up to date), but I would never let them out of my sight (I wouldn’t even be able to do that with my own fur baby as I don’t want them to get into anything and frankly I don’t trust people out there!!)

If you have any extra pets beyond cats and dogs we can arrange something that works best for everyone! I love absolutely all animal as my own - no matter how long I get with them. I am personally available whenever is needed. Any prior obligations can be worked around. Your pets come first always, whatever schedule your pet has is now mine own. I always request to go to clients house, based on operating a rescue from my home & this provides less change and less stress on all pets not having to loose their owner and be relocated all in the same day. Keeping them happy, safe and stress free is priority on all accounts.

About: I volunteer at the animal shelter. I’ve been training dogs for almost 3 years now. I have worked with some really challenging dogs but also wonderful dogs as well! I’m available to work full time hours When visiting your home for your pet I am friendly and reliable. I will be able to play, walk, feed and give companionship to your fur baby. For my own home, since I have moved from my moms house where our beloved 3 dogs stay I currently have no other dogs in my home so if your fur baby doesn’t like other animals that would be no worry in my home. I am a clean and tidy no possible choking hazards. I have a back yard space as well and live on a safe street for walks around the block.
