About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid, and it’s always been second nature to me. Dogs in my care are treated with love, attention, and lots of pampering! I’m also a certified groomer, trained in breed-specific cuts, coat care, and gentle handling. If your pup needs a bath, tidy-up, or full groom during their stay, I’m happy to help them look and feel their best. I’m home full-time, so your dog will never be left alone for long hours and will get plenty of supervision, snuggles, and play throughout the day. My husband, my 15-year-old son, and I can take dogs for walks on a daily basis, more than twice a day. Our backyard is large and flat, fully fenced and with plenty of grass, allowing them to play outside while we're home and under our watchful eye. Our 4-bedroom bungalow is a safe haven with ample space for dogs to roam and play. They're welcome on our couch, whose covers are washed and replaced daily, and they can hang out in our bedrooms and basement—the only places they're not allowed are our beds.

It is very apparent that Charlanne gives so much love to Dalton and treats him as her own. It gives me such relief to know that my pup is getting great care while I am away. Dalton loves arriving at Charlanne’s and is tuckered out by the end of the day! She keeps him active which is much appreciated. About: Hello! My name is Olivia, and I am an experienced dog owner who runs my own training, grooming and pet care business in New Hamburg called Canine Community Corner. We offer a wide variety of services, such as boarding, walking, drop in visits, bath and brush, and nail trim services. We also carry a wide variety of pet care products in our storefront, most of which are made by other local small businesses. In my home, I have 2 dogs and a cat. In the past I have also had a bearded dragon, a chameleon, hamster, rats, and mice, so I am experienced with a wide range of animals. During their stay with us, your pet will receive flexible 5 star care, depending on their needs and preferences. My dogs and I are avid hikers, and often spend our free time out on walks through the forest. If your dog prefers to stay home, we are also able to provide a calm and quiet environment for the duration of their stay. I also have a wide variety of actives they can do at my facility in the case of bad weather, including a treadmill, obstacle training, and scent work activities. My goal and belief as a pet professional is that services should be catered to each specific client, and not a one size fits all model. Because of the size of our living space and the nature of my job/business, I do require that any dogs coming to stay with us are crate trained and that their crate is brought with them. This not only allows for a smooth and stress-free stay, but provides your dog with a familiar safe space in a new environment. Because I am a small business owner, I have a very flexible schedule that can change depending on the needs of my clients - whether that’s in a drop-in, walk, or boarding service. Our canine clients often spend the day with my at my storefront, then come hone with me in the evenings to hang out until bedtime. Depending on the dog and the preferences of the owner, they may also participate in group classes as a demo dog to help show the exercises being taught. I am currently living in an apartment that opens outside to a large yard. Dogs are kept on a long line, unless otherwise specified by their owner that they are able to be reliably off leash. Even with owner permission, I typically avoid any off leash time that could potentially lead to the dog escaping or getting injured. I also have a very structured system in my home, where I introduce dogs through a parallel pack walk before letting them interact either indoors or outdoors. I also spend a significant amount of time working on calm and impulse control, and avoid letting pets in my home get overly excited.

About: I had a dog for 13 years, Buddy who recently passed away. I have always loved dogs and will provide the best possible care for your pup. I am currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play/walk your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends and most week days. I have a fenced yard with a big backyard for your dog to run, as well as the flexibility to also come to your house.

About: I have always had a passion for all animals. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and love how they show love to you unconditionally. I recently completed my Veterinary Assistant course, and with my knowledge I am able to care for and recognize signs that others may not see. I am comfortable trimming nails and giving medications etc. to your pet if needed. I currently work full time night hours as a Personal Support Worker at Community Living. It is a sleep shift, which makes me free most days and weekends. Between fostering and work, I'd love to fit your pet into my schedule. I have a fully fenced yard and a dog and cat of my own. About: We’ve always had a love for animals! After losing our sweet dog earlier this year, we realized how much joy pets bring and how much we miss having them around. That’s why I decided to open up our home to care for other furry friends here in Mitchell, where pet care options can be a little limited. I work morning shift on weekdays,other than that I am home. My wife also has a flexible schedule to help taking care of the dog while I am working, so your furry friend will always have a lot of loving company and attention, day and night! Our home is ready for a dog! We have a large unfenced yard where the dog can run safely, attached to a long leash connected to a central post. There’s also an extra gate to help prevent any escape attempts.
