I do offer positive reinforcement and fear-free training through my business, but decided to come back to Rover to offer basic services as well! About: Your dog(s) will get attention and affection from our family in a safe environment. We enjoy snuggling on the couch, playing fetch in the fenced yard, games on the trampoline, going for walks around the river, adventure hikes and bike rides. We aim to meet your dogs individual dogs needs and will choose activities based on the situation of your dogs vacation needs I am currently home with my Golden Retriever and available full time to meet your pets needs. Family activities are usually weekdays in late afternoon and on weekends. I have a fenced yard and a 6 year old friendly Golden Retriever. About: I've been looking after animals all my life, and currently have 5 in my house, 3 dogs and 2 cats. I often feel happier when amongst my four-legged friends than my two-legged ones. I work from home with a flexible schedule that I set myself. I am able to provide care at all hours of the day; I always take comfort in knowing my babies are taken care of, I'm sure you do too. I have a 1 year old lab puppy who is immensely friendly amongst people and dogs if you would like your dog to be socialized. My dogs all get at least two walks per day, as well as free run in my fenced in backyard. I also try to play with my own dogs as much possible to increase mental stimulation. I will always treat a clients dog as one of my own, anything I would do for them I would be willing to do for yours.

About: My wife and I have been fostering dogs and cats from the Humane Society and other rescues for 5 years, in addition to being pet owners ourselves. We have specifically taken on animals with health complications in need of special care, e.g. medication, physiotherapy, pregnancy, etc. As a bonus, my wife is a dog groomer with a salon attached to our home, so if your pet needs some sprucing up, we can help with that, too! Both my wife and I work from home and I am currently on leave from work, so I have lots of extra time to devote to your pet 🙂 We have a large, fenced yard that provides ample space for play. We currently own two cats (Mouse and Graham), two budgies (Nigel and Fergus), and one fish (Oscar). The cats are used to foster pets (about 60 cats and dogs over the past 5 years) coming in and out on a regular basis and the birds are up nice and high.

About: I have always had a passion for all animals. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and love how they show love to you unconditionally. I recently completed my Veterinary Assistant course, and with my knowledge I am able to care for and recognize signs that others may not see. I am comfortable trimming nails and giving medications etc. to your pet if needed. I currently work full time night hours as a Personal Support Worker at Community Living. It is a sleep shift, which makes me free most days and weekends. Between fostering and work, I'd love to fit your pet into my schedule. I have a fully fenced yard and a dog and cat of my own. I will treat your pets like my own when they are here.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life and have a genuine love for them. I understand that they can come from all kinds of life circumstances and need someone to truly care for them and build trust. My family had two dogs growing up, I had two dogs previously and now have Penny, my bernedoodle puppy. I’ve trained her and a bulldog puppy from adoption and have lived with a large (95lb) golden retriever. I’ve taken care of dogs with severe allergies, my own dog with anxiety and puppies of friends and family members - all are welcome here! I currently work from home and around meetings have plenty of time for pet care in my life. I curl in town once a week in the evening but most other time is spent with my own pup also! I live in a three bedroom home where pets are allowed on furniture and have a fenced in yard in addition to time for plenty of walks and play. I have my own dog for them to socialize with if that’s of interest and am comfortable crating dogs based on their needs and training schedules.

About: Hi! Im Jess :) I have had pet dogs all of my life and love being around them! I like to lead an active lifestyle and find having a furry friend makes it that much more fun! I know having to leave your furry friend can be difficult but my hope is to take the stress away and provide you with ease knowing they are okay with me! I work from home most days and have a flexible schedule. It’s always nice to start the day with a walk and have a mid day break as well! Whatever timing you’re looking for I can do my best to accommodate! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room to roam and run! I do have a 2.5 year old Dalmatian mix who loves playing with friends any chance he gets. As mentioned, I work from home which allows me to be present when boarding.

About: I look forward to caring for your cherished dog!! He or she will always be the only canine in our home. So, your dog will get all of my attention. I grew up on a farm with pets of all kinds (horses, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits). I’ve been a pet parent to a perfect beagle all her life. Currently I own a little budgie with a big attitude! lol. I continue to look after my family grand-puppies and friends’ canines while they are away. I accept only one dog at a time. I would love to hear from you. I’ve recently retired and now do volunteer work in the community. I have ample flexibility on weekdays and also weekends for pet care. Aside from every other Tuesday and Wednesday mornings I am usually available! I have a large fully fenced yard and live near a public office-leash dog park (if you allow off-leash time) and also live near beautiful on-leash walking trails. My only current pet is a small parrot named Tweety but she will be caged during your pet’s stay (or she can be in another room if needed).
