“Megaen is clearly a huge dog lover! She was easy to communicate with, came to meet my dog the day before, and very punctual. She’s walked my dog twice, both times taking him for a good length and reporting back afterwards. I was able to book her the day before I needed her & would definitely book her again!”

“Kimberly was great! Reliable, friendly, and thorough. She gave us lots of information about her walks. Having Kimberly walk our dog regularly helped us enjoy our March Break, knowing that our dog was in good hands. A tired dog is a good dog, and Kimberly helped us make sure we had a good dog. Thank you! Highly recommend.”

About: Hi pet parents! My name is Tieja (pronounced Tay-Yuh), and I’m a dog lover! I care for all pets as if they were my own, and have a near-perfect return booking score because of the bonds I've built with my little buddies. I am highly communicative, and flexible to your individual behavioural training preferences. I work from home, so incorporating your pet into my daily routine comes naturally - we have morning, afternoon and evening walks + meal times that match mine. Everything in my home has been pet proofed to ensure your pet has a safe and enjoyable stay while they are here, and you have peace of mind. I’m close to several dog parks and green spaces that your pets will love. I enjoy being active, spending time outdoors, going on walks, hiking, etc. If you have any other questions, I’d be happy to answer them. I look forward to meeting your furry children! “Katherine was a great help to us while we were away. She came to walk both of our dogs accommodating the individual needs of each dog with walks, cuddles and playtime. We are happy to have a reliable person to call on when we need assistance in the future.”

“Tyrone was fantastic! Reliable, helpful, kind and thoughtful. We asked Tyrone to help with walks for our dog while she stayed at Grandma and Grandpa's house in Stratford. Given the winter weather, and some mobility issues, we wanted to be sure our dog got some exercise while she stayed with them (a tired dog is a good dog!). Tyrone was a hero for us! He was so accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend him, and are very grateful to him.”

“Adam is very caring and kind. He has been a daily walker for us for a month now and takes our dog’s needs into account during challenging conditions, like weather, making sure she stays well. Adam communicates quickly if something arises and is very adaptable to time changes if he is able to accommodate. We completely trust him with our girl and she now looks very forward to seeing her new friend as well. I highly recommend Adam. He has been a godsend to us.”

About: Hey there! Thanks for taking a look at my profile! It's been a few years since I originally started with Rover, and while I've been away, I've become an accredited, professional dog trainer! I do offer positive reinforcement and fear-free training through my business, but decided to come back to Rover to offer basic services as well! While I love training, I know there are many pet parents out there that may not need, or want, professional training services for their pets, and that's TOTALLY OKAY! By choosing me for your pet care needs, you benefit from having an animal services professional care for your furry family member (at a reduced rate compared to training focused services) AND I get to care for pets I may not normally see! It's a win-win! If you're interested in booking services, please schedule a meet and greet! I can't wait to meet your fur babies! I run my own dog training business, so my schedule is quite flexible. I am able to fit visits and walks in between training sessions. Caring for your pet in their own home, provides the comfort of their safe place while their humans are away at work or on vacation, allowing them to maintain as close to their usual routine as possible! I will consult with you ahead of time to make sure I have everything I need to ensure everything goes smoothly, leaving you one less thing to worry about while away from your pet!
“Donna was great. She was patient and helpful in helping me straighten out some scheduling issues I had. She was good with our pup, showed up on time, took for a nice walk and visited with him. Would recommend”

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life and have a genuine love for them. I understand that they can come from all kinds of life circumstances and need someone to truly care for them and build trust. My family had two dogs growing up, I had two dogs previously and now have Penny, my bernedoodle puppy. I’ve trained her and a bulldog puppy from adoption and have lived with a large (95lb) golden retriever. I’ve taken care of dogs with severe allergies, my own dog with anxiety and puppies of friends and family members - all are welcome here! I currently work from home and around meetings have plenty of time for pet care in my life. I curl in town once a week in the evening but most other time is spent with my own pup also! I live in a three bedroom home where pets are allowed on furniture and have a fenced in yard in addition to time for plenty of walks and play. I have my own dog for them to socialize with if that’s of interest and am comfortable crating dogs based on their needs and training schedules.
About: I love animals especially dogs. I love dog walking and just hanging out with dogs they are so fun and cute. I have ample experience being around and caring for animals I work in the arts and currently have a few weeks off before I start my next job so looking to fill my time with some dog or cat sitting. I am very reliable and dependable. It’s preferable for me to walk or care for the animals in their home as it’s more familiar to them. I love to walk/play/cuddle dogs. I enjoy just being around them and playing with them.

Stratford dog parents share their Rover experiences
Natalie was a lifesaver after I had an accident and was unable to walk our very active pup. She responded within a very short time and managed to start the very same day. She is kind and clear with Fiona, our dog; reports clearly about elimination on walks; took our instructions about commands, etc., seriously, and has accommodated our schedule, which is different every day of the week. I can highly recommend her.

Kimberly was great! Reliable, friendly, and thorough. She gave us lots of information about her walks. Having Kimberly walk our dog regularly helped us enjoy our March Break, knowing that our dog was in good hands. A tired dog is a good dog, and Kimberly helped us make sure we had a good dog. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Noah is fantastic with the dogs and extremely reliable which is something I really need. Noah showed up as a courtesy and met the dogs and our family for the first time and we all got to know each other for a while so the dogs were very comfortable when Noah arrived. Noah went above and beyond making us feel comfortable. On the day of walking Noah took the dogs for a long walk, took pictures and replenished water and food. Couldn't have asked for better care! Thanks Noah- We will call back soon!
