About: I absolutely love animals, and have previously volunteered with the humane society of Oakville. I have been taking care of dogs for my friends for the past 5 years. Recently I got a rescue that was aggressive and reactive towards people. I know how hard finding a loving and caring and patient home can be. Looking to help other dog owners in the area and have our dog make some new doggo friends. I am fairly active and would love to take your dog on walks or follow whatever routine you have in place. My dog Bailey currently gets a minimum of 1 H walk a day in addition to lots of backyard time. I work from home and have a backyard so walks and outside time are easy. Typically I go on 1 to two walks a day with my dog and your doggo is welcome to join. I have a large fenced yard and an active doggo that loves to be chased and is looking to play. I also have experience with behavior challenged dogs.

About: I have experience as a PSW and have assisted in training for service alongside my clients. I also have experience training fosters and adopted family members of all ages into the same homes. At home we have a particularly food driven and curious LabxShepherd. She came to us as a puppy, so I know what it takes to help the young ones become comfortable and loved in their homes as well-mannered and obedient members of the family. I currently work part-time during the school year as a student supervisor. This schedule allows me plenty of time in between the hours that I am at school with the children for walks and play dates, check-ins and short stays. I have a fenced in backyard that would be enormous for a small dog and is an adequate size for a large dog. I have a friendly LabxShepherd who is super playful and will keep your pet busy, and will sometimes have them tired by the end of the day. We have barriers in our home to keep our friends out of unsupervised areas. We also have a large crate available for those who require it. If care is needed in your home, I will do my utmost to adhere to all rules, feeding times, appointments and exercise schedules.

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life ❤️ Over the years, I’ve been lucky to have more than 10 furry friends of my own, and I’ve trained each one with lots of patience and love. About: I have grown up with many different pets. Mainly cats and dogs but I had 2 pet rats when I was 7. My family had a pet bird, a couple of bunnies and crayfish at one point. I love all animals and can be relied on to offer exceptional care to your companions. I am a very active person and can walk (or jog with) your pets, play fetch with them, check in on them and/or babysit them at my residence or yours. Please check my availability. I am a dedicated dog lover with one well-behaved boy and a mischievous puppy of my own and I know firsthand how tough it can be to find reliable, quality care for your pets - especially with a busy schedule. That’s where I come in! I have experience with dogs of all ages and needs, including puppies, seniors, dogs with disabilities, and administering medications (oral and injections). I’m also familiar with handling reactive dogs on walks. If you’re comfortable with it, I can attach an AirTag to your dog’s collar during their stay and on walks for added security. I have a safe comfortable environment with a fenced-in yard where your dog can play and relax. I am currently interning with a dog trainer which means I can be gone for up to 4 hours at a time during the day. It’s usually only a couple days per week but due to this it’s important to me that your puppy is comfortable being home alone for a few hours. This means your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. Whether I am walking your dog or they are staying with me, your dog becomes part of my family. My house is dog-proofed, no unattended food or clothes that could be thought of as a fun toy. We allow our dogs on the furniture (after they respectfully sit and wait for permission), however, we will respect whatever rules you have in place. Safety is my number one priority which is why I like to have the dogs in my care to be equipped with an apple air tag (promptly removed when your pup is returned to your care) however, if that’s something you’re no comfortable with that’s no problem!

About: I have over 3 years of professional experience working with dogs of all sizes, needs, and personalities. From dog walking, daycare, sitting, and even training, I’ve have done a bit of everything. I’m well versed in dog behaviour and treat them as individuals with their own needs. Whatever pets you have they’ll be well taken care of with me. I started my professional work as an animal caretaker at 17 when I did a co-op at a dog boarding and daycare facility. I started my day with walking 15-30 dogs, then I did pool activities and one on one time, and finally I cleaned the kennels and runs. I also occasionally helped with playgroups and feedings. At 18 I started working for a pet store where I had experience with all kinds of animals and learned a whole lot about dogs physical and mental needs. Anywhere from nutrition, safe foods, toys and treats, mental stimulation, and dog behaviour. At 19 I started working at a doggie day care and was working with 25-30 dogs in one small room alone. I learned almost everything I know about dog behaviour and how they work/think. I completed multiple training courses where I was taught about medical issues like diseases and injuries and how to treat them. I also learned what not to do and what things don’t work. I had a lot of experience with reading signals to know what they’re feeling which is really helpful when meeting a new dog. I can also handle reactive, shy, or nervous dogs, I know how to keep calm and adjust to the given situation while keeping everyone safe. I have adequate means of transportation. I can work late or early and for short or long hours. I always respect people’s spaces and rules or routines set in place. About: I have been looking after my own dogs for about 10 years and love animals. I started to do it just for fun because I love it but now am looking for a little more money in my pocket. I will gladly go to your home to look after your dog or cat and prefer if it is in st. Thomas and close by because I don’t drive. I have my own German shepherd puppy who is 8 months old. I don’t have insurance or animal first aid but I will take really good care of your pet. Please consider me as a pet sitter. I can also stay overnight in your home if you don’t want your dogs being lonely or I can just come in to check on them. I am very flexible

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, always taking responsibility for their care and needs. My cat, Jiggyman (I know weird) is 16 years old and has been the best cat I could ask for. I love my pets and I miss being around animals, I am happiest when I see a pet! I am currently working virtually, so I am available all day for pet boarding. I can also take breaks from work to walk pets, and I am free after 4pm most days to walk dogs. My schedule does not change and I am free on weekends. I am home all day to care for and hangout with your pet. I love talking to them and taking them for walks, making sure they are very happy. I am also happiest around animals and I can't wait to get one of my own! For now, I think caring for other pets is exactly what I need.
