Lots of space to play around. I take them for walks every 2 to 4 hours to get their business done.

About: I've never had a time in my life when there was not a pet in my home. From a young age I was taking care of my family pet as well as neighbors when they went away. All of my personal pets have been adopted and have been family to me. Over the last few years, friends and family have repeatedly chosen me to care for their pets especially when they travel becaise I have the flexibility to stay in their homes. I currently have free time most days including evenings and weekends. I am available for daily walks and overnight stays within the St Thomas area. I typically stay in the clients home to minimize the confusion and stress in a pets life that comes when their family goes away. I walk myself everyday, so when requested I am available to take your pet on a walk more than once a day if required.

About: I owned my first kitty, Sandy, at 7 years of age! My parents taught me how to care for her, feed her, love her and to clean her litter box! I adored this cat! As I got older, and had a family of my own, I rescued a beautiful female Calico named Kelly, and my two young daughters also learned how to care for her. Over the years, we had cats, dogs and horses, and my girls learned a lot about animal husbandry! I enjoy being with animals, and getting to know their individual personalities! I live alone now, and I cannot live without a cat. I enjoy being with them, and playing with them, while caring for them! I am trained to administer meds, and just love spending time with kitties! I am semi-retired, but I work a split shift on weekdays occasionally. l However, after Christmas, I will be free most days to drop by, and give care and attention to your pets! Currently, I am offering drop-in pet care services to your feline(s), but I should have more availability after Christmas! While we were gone, she stayed in contact and sent pictures and updated. Tex adores her and he is comfortable when she's in our home. About: Hi! I am a dedicated dog lover with one well-behaved boy and a mischievous puppy of my own and I know firsthand how tough it can be to find reliable, quality care for your pets - especially with a busy schedule. That’s where I come in! I have experience with dogs of all ages and needs, including puppies, seniors, dogs with disabilities, and administering medications (oral and injections). I’m also familiar with handling reactive dogs on walks. If you’re comfortable with it, I can attach an AirTag to your dog’s collar during their stay and on walks for added security. I have a safe comfortable environment with a fenced-in yard where your dog can play and relax. I am currently interning with a dog trainer which means I can be gone for up to 4 hours at a time during the day. It’s usually only a couple days per week but due to this it’s important to me that your puppy is comfortable being home alone for a few hours. This means your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. Whether I am walking your dog or they are staying with me, your dog becomes part of my family. My house is dog-proofed, no unattended food or clothes that could be thought of as a fun toy. We allow our dogs on the furniture (after they respectfully sit and wait for permission), however, we will respect whatever rules you have in place. Safety is my number one priority which is why I like to have the dogs in my care to be equipped with an apple air tag (promptly removed when your pup is returned to your care) however, if that’s something you’re no comfortable with that’s no problem!

About: I have been looking after my own dogs for about 10 years and love animals. I started to do it just for fun because I love it but now am looking for a little more money in my pocket. I will gladly go to your home to look after your dog or cat and prefer if it is in st. Thomas and close by because I don’t drive. I have my own German shepherd puppy who is 8 months old. I don’t have insurance or animal first aid but I will take really good care of your pet. Please consider me as a pet sitter. I can also stay overnight in your home if you don’t want your dogs being lonely or I can just come in to check on them. I am very flexible

About: I have raised many puppies and cared for senior dogs and cats. I can administer medication. One of my greatest pleasures is going for long walks with a pet. I was raised on a farm, so I always had animals around me to feed and take care of. I am retired, so I can be flexible to meet your requirements. I have few commitments, therefore I can sit for long weekends and holidays. I completely understand how routine is the most important thing for your pets. I am willing and able to follow instructions to the letter so that your pet's routine is not interrupted.

Having just moved from Nova Scotia, I am looking to slowly integrate into the work force and have plenty of time to care for pets. Whether I'm visiting your home to let pets out for a bathroom break, litter cleaning, or feedings, I'll follow any special instructions you specify, such as crating or medications.

About: While i never grew up around dogs, I actively babysit and care for my sister in laws dog. I will ocassionally house sit for them as well as ocassionaly cook healthy meals and treats for them. I currently work a fulltime job so my availability times throughout the week does fluctuate, however I will be able to accomodate with enough notice. On the weekends I take my dogs out for long hikes (our favourite is fingal wildlife management area!) or early morning beach trips during the warmer months. I have a spacious backyard for your dog to hangout,relax, and socialize with my two dogs. I have crates if needed, as well puzzles,slow feeders, lickmats,and other diy mental stimulation should your dog require it. I'm a educational Assistant and volunteer firefighter but I'm off with our baby at the time being.
