“I'm so happy Melanie agreed to come spend time with Giuseppe. Joe was happy, and fluffy, and fed. He got cuddles and scritches and everything. Melanie went above and beyond in taking care of him, and my humble little house. She even took the time to learn how to administer Joe's daily injections. She took such good care of him! It all made my time away that much more enjoyable knowing Melanie was taking care of everything. She was communicative and responsive and sent plenty of pics during her stay. “Sabrina was fast to respond to my request to sit my two little chihuahuas. I had my regular dog sitter cancel last minute on me and Sabrina agreed to watch my boys with only two days notice. I saw other sitters asking for 1 weeks notice. Sabrina has great energy, is very kind and took an interest in my dogs asking about all the things that would make them most comfortable during her stay in my home. Sabrina arrived on time and gave me updates and photos while I was away. Her communication was great. Sabrina left my home clean and tidy. I felt comfortable right away leaving my fur babies with her, which says a lot because my boys are very timid and don’t take to just anyone. “I can’t recommend Nicole and Alex highly enough! They took care of my shy and elderly cat, Moose, while I was away for one week, and I couldn’t be happier with their care. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly patient and understanding of Moose's timid nature. They took their time to let him warm up, sitting quietly in the same room. It was heartwarming to see how they created a calm environment, allowing him to approach on his own terms. Over the course of their time together, they developed a lovely routine that included cozy moments by the sunny window, where they would chat softly to him and enjoy the sunshine together. Nicole and Alex also ensured Moose was comfortable with his meals and medications, finding special ways to entice him with his favourite treats. Their dedication to his needs was evident, and I loved receiving regular updates and adorable photos while I was away.
