About: When I was 10 years old, I welcomed a beautiful chocolate lab pup into my home. She was my best friend until she passed away in September of 2025. Since her passing, I have felt a void in caring for and loving dogs. I work as a Bylaw enforcement officer in the City of Ottawa and work extensively with dogs, cats, and wildlife. Through my work experience I have met and cared for hundreds of different dogs with their own unique personalities and behaviours. Considering my personal life and work experience, I think potential clients and I would mutually benefit from me caring for and looking after their dogs. I work shift work on a staggered schedule, with my primary shifts being 6am until 5pm, and 3pm until 2am. I have several weekdays off when most people work, which is opportune for me to take care of their animals when needed. As a dog owner for 13 years, I learned how to make my pet comfortable, loved, and adapted to her needs. Through my work experience, this is has been strengthened further through interacting with dogs and animals that I did not previously know. I’m compassionate towards my love of dogs and I would love to care for and interact with more.

About: I love animals and enjoy every moment with them. My dream is to be able to have a rescue as all four of my animals are from rescues. I have decreased my hours at work to be back home more due to the rising cost of gas. I have more time to take on these duties. Every situation is different. About: About Ricardo I have over 8 years of experience as a dog sitter, walker and Behaviorist in Mexico. I’ve had dogs since I was a child, and I’ve always had a natural ability to understand and connect with them. Over 10 years ago, when my dog Horchata joined my life, she was energetic and needed guidance. I took a diploma in Spain to learn how to help her become balanced and confident. Later, friends began asking me to care for their dogs while they travelled, and they were impressed to see how their pets improved after staying with me for a few weeks. That experience motivated me to dedicate my life to dog care, something I enjoy. I currently work as a Kennel Assistant, caring for dogs of all ages and personalities. This role gives me hands-on experience with routines, enrichment, feeding, safety, and observing behavior changes. I have availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to care and/or for a great walk. Although I live in an apartment, I know the value of frequent walks and I take them seriously. I stay attentive to each dog’s needs and adapt to their routine and personality. I’m available every day and almost all the time since I work from home, which makes this the perfect activity for me. I recently left a two-year job to dedicate myself fully to pet care again. About: I'm 22, I've had animals my entire existence including reptiles. I live on 4 acres of mostly fenced in yard for your babies to run around. I'm flexible on anything you need for your babies. (And I can babysit your reptiles) I currently have no job but I'm looking for a part-time so I can continue to focus on meeting all sorts of new animals that need somewhere to snooze and play. I have a mostly fenced yard, three doggos that are super friendly to everything. I have experience with vet medicine and crate training. I have LOTS of safe dog toys that need to be played with.

I work early mornings Monday to Friday, so I’m free during the normal working day. And full availability most weekends with advanced notice. And I can sit multiple days in a row. I can follow whatever routine you have with your pet. I can follow complex instructions, detailed feeding schedules and I have care for an elderly dog that required diabetes shots daily.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life - medium and large breeds, all kinds of personalities - so pet care has always been second nature to me. I’ve solo-cared for my own pets for weeks at a time, and I’ve stepped in for friends and family for both short visits and extended stays. In high school, I took a veterinary prerequisite course and completed a co-op at a vet office, where I got hands-on experience caring for animals and learned how to administer medication in both pill and liquid form. I’m comfortable working with pets that have allergies or need to stick to a strict feeding and bathroom schedule. My love for animals goes beyond dogs and cats - I’ve kept leopard geckos, and I grew up next to a farm where I regularly visited the retired horses just to keep them company. I’ve always been drawn to animals that need a little extra attention and care. I’m comfortable lifting and carrying larger dogs, and I genuinely love going on walks and playing, whether that’s in the home or out at the park. Your pet will be in experienced, loving hands. I work a standard 9–5 during the week, so I focus my sitting availability on Friday evenings and full weekends. On weekends I’m completely free and happy to stop by for in-home visits, take your pup out for a walk, or even bring them along for a drive. I come to you — so your pet stays comfortable in their own space and never has to adjust to a new environment. Whether you need a quick check-in or someone to spend a good chunk of the day with your dog, I’ve got the time and the enthusiasm for it. During my visits I’ll make sure your pet is fed on schedule, has fresh water, gets bathroom breaks, and gets plenty of playtime and affection. I’m happy to take them out for walks or a drive if they need more stimulation or just love being out and about. I’ll follow whatever feeding, medication, or care routine you have in place — whether that’s managing allergies, sticking to a strict schedule, or administering medication in pill or liquid form. I treat every home with respect and every pet like they’re my own:)

About: Ive taken care of dogs on and off for 7 years along with my own. I can administer medication, play, walk, feed and enjoy the company of a mans best friend. I do pet care every day because i have a dog and cat of my own. Im a university student and work part time. Im only in class for the morning on Tuesdays and all day on Thursdays. My work is usually only 4-6 hours in the winter and more busy in the summer. I’m a very patient person and wont rush your furry friend(s) or force them to do anything that they dont want to in a hostile manner. I take care of their needs when they are shown to me by our friends and if they want their space or want to be close i can do either. Ill play some nice gentle music for them and check in on them regularly, maybe have a conversation with them too
