About: When I was 10 years old, I welcomed a beautiful chocolate lab pup into my home. She was my best friend until she passed away in September of 2025. Since her passing, I have felt a void in caring for and loving dogs. I work as a Bylaw enforcement officer in the City of Ottawa and work extensively with dogs, cats, and wildlife. Through my work experience I have met and cared for hundreds of different dogs with their own unique personalities and behaviours. Considering my personal life and work experience, I think potential clients and I would mutually benefit from me caring for and looking after their dogs. I work shift work on a staggered schedule, with my primary shifts being 6am until 5pm, and 3pm until 2am. I have several weekdays off when most people work, which is opportune for me to take care of their animals when needed. As a dog owner for 13 years, I learned how to make my pet comfortable, loved, and adapted to her needs. Through my work experience, this is has been strengthened further through interacting with dogs and animals that I did not previously know. I’m compassionate towards my love of dogs and I would love to care for and interact with more.

About: I have owned dogs all of my life, and I have had the privilege to also take care of other people's furry loved ones since I was very young. From dogs and cats, to guinea pigs and rats, and even horses and donkeys, I have been lucky enough to care for pets of all shapes and sizes. As a service standard, I guarantee that your furbaby will have 1 on 1 attention, oodles of social time, extensive exercise, and constant care. I also provide regular photo and video updates, because you deserve peace of mind, and your furbaby deserves a great time! I am lucky enough to work entirely from home, and only 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday). This affords me wonderful work/life balance, and the flexibility to be there for your furbaby always, taking multiple park, walk, and play breaks throughout the day. As a daily standard, Rosie and I will visit our neighborhood park at least twice a day to socialize and play, on top of going on several walks in between, and playing at home. Calling the Glebe home, I am lucky to live in one of the most beautiful, safe, and animal friendly neighborhoods in the city. Though I live in a one-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor of a small high-rise, my home is very cozy and welcoming (especially for dogs and cats!). I have a beautiful outdoor balcony space with a wonderful view for furpals to relax on, and a spacious indoor area with multiple dog beds, lots of dog toys, and a pet friendly couch and king bed (I have a corgi-approved ramp for access). Your furbabies will feel right at home with Rosie and have a pal to play and lounge with at all times. Additionally, my neighbourhood is surrounded by safe walking paths, and extensive green park spaces, featuring multiple dog parks within a few minutes walk, and a very friendly dog community (Rosie will make the proper introductions to her best pals). Rest-assured that your furbaby will be in a stimulating, yet safe environment, and get lots of exercise and social time!

About: I have been caring for animals my whole life, I started within my own household and once I was old enough I started dog walking after school, into adulthood I have taken my fair share of dog sitting jobs and walking when I have had the chance. I have some spare time now that I’d like to fill with surrounding myself with animals again. I work part time, and on my days off I’m looking for a Job that brings me happiness, so no better way than surrounding myself with fur babies and helping support them when their parents are busy. About: I’ve been house and pet-sitting since I was 16. Always making sure my friends and family can step away with zero stress and their fur babies are the star of the show! I’ve taken care of small to medium sized mostly, but large dogs a few times. No matter where I go, pets gravitate towards me! My schedule is very flexible and I have great knowledge of the city with reliable transportation. I play sports in the evening a few days a week but nothing that can’t be worked around I will ensure I study the area my clients live in and discuss the areas and routines your pets are accustomed to. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I have been asked by many friends and family over the years to pet sit for them while they are away and have always enjoyed it. I would treat your pet as my own and have a total appreciation for how you would expect your babies to be loved and cared for during the the times you can't. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I currently work 9-4 during week days, with weekends off. I do morning and evening walks during work days. If your dog is used to work hours, I would be with them morning, night and weekends. I currently have one other dog in my home. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life - medium and large breeds, all kinds of personalities - so pet care has always been second nature to me. I’ve solo-cared for my own pets for weeks at a time, and I’ve stepped in for friends and family for both short visits and extended stays. In high school, I took a veterinary prerequisite course and completed a co-op at a vet office, where I got hands-on experience caring for animals and learned how to administer medication in both pill and liquid form. I’m comfortable working with pets that have allergies or need to stick to a strict feeding and bathroom schedule. My love for animals goes beyond dogs and cats - I’ve kept leopard geckos, and I grew up next to a farm where I regularly visited the retired horses just to keep them company. I’ve always been drawn to animals that need a little extra attention and care. I’m comfortable lifting and carrying larger dogs, and I genuinely love going on walks and playing, whether that’s in the home or out at the park. Your pet will be in experienced, loving hands. I work a standard 9–5 during the week, so I focus my sitting availability on Friday evenings and full weekends. On weekends I’m completely free and happy to stop by for in-home visits, take your pup out for a walk, or even bring them along for a drive. I come to you — so your pet stays comfortable in their own space and never has to adjust to a new environment. Whether you need a quick check-in or someone to spend a good chunk of the day with your dog, I’ve got the time and the enthusiasm for it. During my visits I’ll make sure your pet is fed on schedule, has fresh water, gets bathroom breaks, and gets plenty of playtime and affection. I’m happy to take them out for walks or a drive if they need more stimulation or just love being out and about. I’ll follow whatever feeding, medication, or care routine you have in place — whether that’s managing allergies, sticking to a strict schedule, or administering medication in pill or liquid form.
