Enforcement Officer and Dog-Lover
When I was 10 years old, I welcomed a beautiful chocolate lab pup into my home. She was my best friend until she passed away in September of 2025. Since her passing, I have felt a void in caring for and loving dogs. I work as a Bylaw enforcement officer in the City of Ottawa and work extensively with dogs, cats, and wildlife. Through my work experience I have met and cared for hundreds of different dogs with their own unique personalities and behaviours. Considering my personal life and work experience, I think potential clients and I would mutually benefit from me caring for and looking after their dogs.

As a dog owner for 13 years, I learned how to make my pet comfortable, loved, and adapted to her needs. Through my work experience, this is has been strengthened further through interacting with dogs and animals that I did not previously know. I’m compassionate towards my love of dogs and I would love to care for and interact with more.

We couldn’t be happier with Montana! He has been so wonderful with our puppy, especially while we’re away for long days. He’s been incredibly patient and helpful in getting our puppy comfortable with drop-in visits. He is calm, friendly, reliable, and clearly has a great way with dogs. It’s a huge relief knowing he is in such good hands when we’re travelling or away for the day. We truly appreciate everything he does and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their dog!
The cats became big fans of Montana! They were spoiled and happy with the visits! We came home and the house and animals were all in great shape heheh
Our dog absolutely loves Montana and we got lots of updates on her, which was great!
Can’t say enough great things about this guy. Our Bella loves walking with and took a liking to him instantly. Highly recommend Montana for anyone who wants their dog taken care of and brought back from a walk happier than when they left!

Having adopted Lucy only 3 weeks prior, it was important that my special girl be in good hands for the day. Lucy has a very sweet and gentle nature and Montana, clearly a dog lover, knew exactly how to to connect with her immediately. They became fast friends and spent a lovely day together. Montana sent me photo updates throughout the day which I greatly appreciated. Lucy was in very good hands with Montana. I recommend him without any hesitation and I will most definitely book him again as the need arises.

Schedule
I work shift work on a staggered schedule, with my primary shifts being 6am until 5pm, and 3pm until 2am. I have several weekdays off when most people work, which is opportune for me to take care of their animals when needed.
