Hi, I'm April! I've been a dog and cat Mom for over 15 years. My husband and I rescue senior smaller dogs as well as foster for Marshall's Dog Rescue and CCRT Canadian Chihuahua Rescue and Transport. I have a ton of experience with medication, injections as well as special needs. My goal is to always make sure whatever animal I am currently looking after that they feel loved and safe. I am the pack leader and even if an animal has behavioral issues, I can deal with whatever is thrown at me. I look forward to working with you and building a positive, trusting relationship. April was just fantastic. It was our first time leaving our puppy alone so April showed up early to have him get to know her a bit before we left. She was so attentive and caring we felt completely at ease leaving. Our puppy fell asleep on her lap. He won’t even do that for us!!! Would highly recommend April to anyone looking for a dog sitter. April & her husband were lovely hosts, very kind and playful with Teddy. Teddy seemed to be very calm & comfortable in their presence and enjoyed the company of the other dogs. The place had nice backyard where Teddy could run around. April sent us pictures throughout the time. I’d definitely trust April with Teddy again. Thank you for taking such good care of him :)
April is absolutely wonderful host. I am sure that my fluffy boy was treated like a king at her place. We had an excellent experience with her. She is very kind, caring and respond very quickly. She was excellent in communicating and daily update with sending pictures and videos during the sit as well. Highly recommended and definitely be reaching out again.
April is an amazing person.. she went above and beyond to look after our fur baby Oscar. He was so happy staying with her and playing with her little fur babies! April’s husband Alan was just as supportive as her. These guys are real gems!
April was a great host to our 1 and a half year old puppy Lily. She took care of Lily like she was her own puppy. for more than 20+ days April kept us updated everyday about Lily's mood and how her day is going. She was an easy going person that makes you feel comfortable talking to her and ask her about whatever you want to know about the puppy. definitely would book her again and i would recommend her to all my friends. Thank you so much April for being such a nice person and a great host for Lily.
April is the most caring and adoring animal lover I've ever met. She treats each and every pet like her child. I never hesitate to ask her to watch my pets. They normally prefer her over me! She has a way with animals that just makes them at ease and comfortable instantly. I highly recommend April as a pet sitter, your pet will feel right at home with her.
