About: I have been a proud owner of puppies and senior dogs for the last 20 years. I feel I am a better person having a dog in my life. I believe every dog should have a home where they feel safe, comfortable and happy to lead a wonderful with their family. They need time for play and for rest. Every dog owner is doing the best they can for their paw-family :) I am currently taking a break after working for 15 years as a mental health therapist and would love to assist pet families who need some help with their dogs! I feel dogs are more comfortable in their own home which lessens the anxiety they may feel in some else's home. The client knows best what their paw-child needs and how to care for them. Everyone should be treated with respect kindness and confidentiality (my motto for my therapy sessions).
“Jessica stayed at our house with our 3 year old Blue Heeler, Willa, for five nights. She is quick at communicating and takes pics and sends them so I know my fur baby is comfortable and being well taken care of. Our plans changed twice and she was willing/able to be flexible, which was so helpful. Willa was a rescue (Jan 2025) from a challenging situation and she wasn’t fond of people, kids, dogs etc. Jessica was willing to come and meet her a few months ago, and then keep coming over every other weekend to walk her, just to build up that trust and establish a relationship. Which made this recent dog-sitting possible and successful! Which warms my heart so much!!! Knowing my fur baby is learning to trust other humans and enjoy life, and it gives us the freedom to go away on vacation. Very grateful ☺️”

About: I have had pets (cats and a dog) since I was young. I love animals and would love taking care of them! I have taken care of my pets multiple times when my parents leave for some time. I’m currently in school so I’ll have the whole summer. Although I do have a part-time job but that isn’t my main priority right now. I am only able to look after your pets in your house because I’m living with my family and have a cat and dog and I’m not sure if they would be okay. I will do anything you need for you pets.

About: I'm retired and home most if not all of the day. I have cared from small, to large breeds most of my life. I will take in Cocker Spaniel size and smaller at this time. We have two small friendly dogs to play with your dog(s) and the friendliest cat that any dog could meet.I have one crate if you prefer your companion be there for rest time. Pets are allowed on furniture and to sleep with us. Will care for up to two dogs from the same family only. If you only have one to take care of, that is all I will take. I will not take two dogs from different households. I have a very open schedule. I walk weather permitting with the dogs each day from 1.5-2kms a day. Most of my day I am with the dogs. In fact, Freddie is on my lap, as I write this. lol My personal time is spent with every pet each day. It doesn't take long for Your puppy and me to get along. Fritz, a Pomeranian cross, will be the first to greet you and your fur babies with sniffs and tail wags. Fur babies are like people in our house for entertainment they may want to play with either Fritz, a laid back Pom. Or play with Freddie a 7 pound Toy poodle cross.
