Loving house sitters in your neighborhood

1. Cindy N.
“Cindy has loved animals since she was a toddler. She had always felt the need to protect them. At one point at about age 9 she was bitten by a garter snake while protecting it from some boys harassing it!! She has been a vet assistant and is now a biologist working for an environmental consulting company in the fish and wildlife department. Cindy has always had pets in the home and has taken the responsibility of caring for them. She also had her own horse for 6 years before she went to university. During her years at university and the years following, she has had a multitude of experiences house sitting and caring for all manor of pets, including feeding horses in the middle of a Saskatchewan winter. I would not hesitate to hire Cindy for any pet care job. She is totally responsible when it comes to loving and caring for animals!”
2. Taylor O.
“I had Taylor watch my dog Fyn while I went on a week-long holiday. Fyn is usually pretty anxious meeting new people and tends to retreat. When I met Taylor for the first she was very calm and yet confident in her ability to provide the care I was looking for, for Fyn. To be honest I was expecting to have a couple of calls or texts regarding Fyn on how to deal with her or how to get her to eat. I didn't receive one! I was super impressed when I returned to find that Fyn instantly greeted me and seemed really happy and relaxed, not anxious at all! I would 110% recommend her for anyone and definitely hire her again!”
3. Chantelle M.
“Chantelle has watched my 3 large mixed breed dogs multiple times when I’ve gone on holidays. I know I can always trust she will take care of my animals and she goes above expectations by bringing them treats, toys and making sure to take them for their walks. Highly recommend!”
4. Ken M.
“I have known Kenny and his Akita’s since he first brought them home as puppies. His passion for animals shows in his training ability, it is evident in the quality of behaviours of his two dogs. I would recommend Ken to not only take care of your dogs, but to give them a good training experience as well.”
5. Nolan L.
About: I enjoy dogs and getting out to walk or run for exercise. I have had three different dogs growing up. There names were Buddy, Slap-shot and Rolo. I also have taken care of my girlfriends small dog Duke on a weekly basis when she is busy with work. I work a rotating work schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off. So my scheduled days off are never the same but they are only days and evenings I don’t have to work nights anymore. I would be happy to take care of pets on my days off to keep me busy. I am home every night by approximately 11pm have not worked any night shifts since I started working. I also have extra time both during the week days and weekends I have a two bedroom apartment that has a large open living room and is dog friendly but I would be out taking them for a run or walk to make sure they have proper exercise and a good routine built for them. I am a routine runner and would take the dogs for a run to help keep me disciplined.
6. Jaya L.
“Jaya took great care of our cat and dog while we were away. Our pets loved her and we would not hesitate to have her house-sit for us again!”
