“Alex really took the time to get Tito’s trust and was so sweet with him. Alex respected Tito’s boundaries and timeline. Amazing service and respected all the expectations (paw wipes, treats, etc.). Easy 10/10 ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I can’t say enough good things about Fatemeh. She is incredibly reliable and is always there whenever I need her, even on short notice. She’s so kind, trustworthy, and absolutely amazing with my dog. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable and genuinely caring with their pets! ❤️”

About: I love dogs and love spending time with them. I grew up with a dog and raised one all on my own, so I’m experienced with dogs of all age. I’m a neuroscience student at Concordia which gives a flexible schedule that allows me to take care of your pups during the week at different times! I believe in safety first especially when it comes to your dogs. I always check allergies and stay aware of the reaction the dog makes throughout the walk.
“Heather has a wonderfully calm and easygoing energy that puts both me and my dog at ease. She is reliable, attentive, caring, and great at communicating. And she loves animals. (But I'm scared to say all of these nice things about her, because I don't want the rest of you to start filling up her schedule!)”

“Umut was kind, communicative and my dog immediately felt at ease around him. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants a great experience with their pet's care. Thank you so much!”

“Camille and Kevin were the first dog sitter we hired on Rover so naturally, we were a little nervous! But they came over to meet our dog Koa, a week before, and we they immediately put us at ease. Yesterday was “the day” of the walk and all went perfectly! They even sent us the cutest selfie imaginable with Koa! Also, they are fantastic communicators! We have already booked them for the next time!!”

“Rylan has been so attentive and sweet with my dog Chase who is a bit anxious around some other dogs. He spends time asking thoughtful questions to understand your pet's needs. I can tell he really loves animals and working on understanding what motivates and makes them happy. Rylan is clear, communicative, and sends pics and updates about walks with Chase which is a really lovely bonus too. Highly recommend Rylan!”

About: I have over 5 years of personal pet care experience and have been pet sitting for multiple friends with pet care over the past year. I helped feed the cats, change water, clean the litter box and give any other treats or play time requested. I am currently home full time and am available for pet care and responsibilities. I love animals and hope to be able to help others take care of the while they are away. I am available for most weekdays and weekends! I have a safe clean apartment that is safe for pets to visit. In clients homes I am respectful and clean any messes that their pets make.
“Reliable, flexible and excellent with communication. Provides daily updates and pictures of the visit. She asks questions / feedback when unsure of something or if she thinks you might have a preference. She has accommodated my puppy solo while he is too young to be introduced to other dogs.”

“Amazing dog walker! Myriam came a previous day just to meet Addie and make sure she recognized her on the actual dog walk day. She is really good with dogs and you can tell with how she approached and managed Addie. She knows what she is doing! She was also very flexible on timing and even came early to both the pre-sit and the actual first dog walk! She sent pictures and a video of her playing with Addie and did everything we asked for (she is a very good listener!). You cannot go wrong with, Myriam!”

“Emma was very punctual and easy to work with ! Our dog Mili quickly became comfortable with her and came back from her walk happy and tired. Would recommend and gladly work with her again.”

About: We’ve always loved animals and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs, like regular sitting, attending dog schools in the past and taking care of more independent and protective breeds. We genuinely love having pets around and make sure they feel secure, love and happy while you’re away. We’re happy to provide regular updates and pictures to reassure that your dogs are in good hands ☺️🫶🏼 I work full-time with flexible hours, which means I can tailor my dog sitting schedule to meet your pet’s needs. I usually go to the office twice a week, but can be flexible with the days and time if needed. Though my boyfriend and I live in a small apartment with no yard, we're fortunate to be just steps away from a canal, a dog park, and a little park behind our building. This provides us with plenty of options to take your dog out for quick bathroom breaks or longer walks to enjoy the outdoors to ensure your dog will have access to fresh air and plenty of options to exercise 🐣

About: I have had dogs my whole life and have been the primary care taker. Plus I have been a dog walker for about 8-11 months. Been caring lovingly for dogs around my neighborhood. I am taking night classes throughout the week so I free and happy to care for your doggos mornings and afternoons. Whether you need early morning or after lunch. I have a small place therefore I can’t have big animals at home. However I am a respectful and organized girl who will be happy to come over to your place if you need a sitter. Marie-France is one of a kind! It’s clear that she genuinely cares about people and their animals, and really treats Molly like her own. She is reliable, attentive, and goes above and beyond every walk. I'm completely at ease knowing my little girl is in such good hands, and honestly her presence feels like a blessing!

Merci, Sabrina ! 🐾

Eve is great! She is very sweet and her dog just loves her. She also took care of our three cockateels during vacation time and she was very caring and concerned that they were always OK. She is always on time and hardly misses a day. Very dedicated! I would recommend her 100%.

Heather helped us with walks over the last few weeks and she was professional and easy to communicate with ! Our dog is not always perfectly behaved on walks but Heather seemed experienced and didn't have any issues with him. We hope to work with her again very soon!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Saint-Raymond choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Yes, you can find walkers who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
