Hi! I have many years of experience with dogs, cats and birds. Dogs: I have had two dogs in my childhood - a boxer and an Italian greyhound. I am comfortable with any size of dog and acclimated with different temperaments and energy levels. I have experience feeding, walking, playing with, grooming (brushing teeth, clipping nails, brushing), and bathing dogs. I have also administered chemo pills to a friend’s dog (golden retriever) over the course of two years. Cats: I have had 2 cats over the course of the last 8 years. I treat my animals with the highest form of care: brushing teeth daily, grooming weekly, litter box twice a day, yearly vet check-ups, and 10-15 minutes of active play a day. I have watched over friends’ dogs and cats many times and put in the same level of care every time. My passion for animals has stayed with me for life and I am eager to meet and take care of your pet!

I am comfortable with many forms of care for both cats and dogs. Walking, bathing, grooming (nails, fur, teeth), enrichment, feeding, and cleaning the litter box.

I have know Julia since high school and she is the most caring and compassionate animal lover I know. She has a cat herself and has had cats and dogs throughout her life. She always puts the pets needs before how own and she is comfortable with and has lots of experience basic pet care like feeding, walking and playing with dogs and cats.
Julia is a true lover of all animals! She is so dedicated to ensuring that the pets in her care receive absolutely everything that they could ever need. My cat Molly adores her. She is so responsible and made sure to keep me updated every time that she dropped in to visit Molly (even sending photos and videos)! Julia loves spending time with animals (including her own), and has experience in providing medication, teeth brushing, and dedicated play/enrichment time, on top of all of the other essentials (litter box, food, walks, etc.). I would definitely recommend Julia to anyone who wants to make sure their pet sitter treats their pet with the love, care, and diligence that they would (or even more sometimes, she got my senior cat to actually engage in play despite being a lazy/sleepy girl). Julia is someone I would trust to watch Molly anytime!

Schedule
I am currently a PhD student and therefore have a lot of time and flexibility for walks and daytime visits. I am an early riser, so I am comfortable coming before 9am.
