“We had the pleasure of having Emily dog sit our two pups, our 100lb Doberman and our 5lb Miniature Pinscher and she handled them both with absolute ease! It was our first time using the Rover app, as we’ve always relied on friends and family, but we’re so glad we connected with Emily on the app. Emily was wonderful to work with, professional, reliable, and great with dogs. Our pups were well cared for and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and experienced to watch your fur babies, I can’t recommend Emily enough! 🐾”

“We loved having Danika care for our 2 Labrador retrievers in our home. Our dogs were clearly well cared for and very happy. She maintains excellent communication both before we went away and while we were gone. Immediately from our first meet and greet we knew she was a loving caregiver! I absolutely can recommend Danika as a good choice to take care of your pets and your house.”

“Jason went above and beyond to take good care of our home and 14 week old English Setter Puppy. Just after committing to a puppy, we had the opportunity to visit France with our daughter, and visit our granddaughter. We really wanted to go, but only if we could find someone super reliable to take great care of a puppy and continue the training we started. Jason came to meet us before we booked him and put our minds at rest. He sent us daily updates during our week in France so we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful trip. Should you need a pet sitter, and Jason can do it, do not hesitate!”

About: For future reference; will not be accepting non neutered or spayed cats/dogs unless accompanied by a crate, especially if their not trained please. I do have one myself, so not that you need to have one per se but allow use if necessary! This is partially for Henrys experience too, so please keep that in mind when reading this; its not to be snarky. I have trained two dogs growing up who have above average listening and response times. Positive reinforcement was key to my success, psychology paid off. One was a rescue dog; she was such a sweet heart but it took some time getting her to open up based off her traumatic experiences prior to entering the adoption location she luckily found her way too. Henry on the other hand, was purchased from a breeder, so fortunately for him less baggage, and unfortunately for her given the circumstances. I've done dog sitting/pet care for family dogs when family members would go on vacation for anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Medication administration is a non issue, as well as grooming is another area I take great pride in doing myself, as it's a good trait to have being a pet owner. Have cared for puppies, adult or senior dogs; we were a dog first family growing up so I've grown to love them more than you can realize just through descriptions; with my active daily lifestyle it allows for the animals to gain as much out of exercise as I do and working from home helps as well. I treat animals as if their my family or children, so they'd receive the same treatment one would expect from a friend baby sitting their children. Seamlessly; he wakes up when I do and is let out accordingly at 4 AM we go for multiple walks a day most notably 430 AM and 530 PM. I work from home so it makes it very manageable to get him outside for bathroom breaks within 2-2.5 hour interval periods. I'd like to think we both operate at a high level through one another. We feed off one another, so when he's upbeat I am too, but when I'm down he has his tricks that ensure a great therapeutic touch. I treat them as if their my children; I speak to them in a way they understand with words or phrases we've practiced or has practiced to ensure optimal success in regards to understanding one another. Henry and I like to play often with his toys or just horsing around with Belly rubs and chasing him around the house. He sleeps with me too, so no furniture is off limits as I usually have blankets or other covers in place to manage hair loss.

“Kyla was fantastic and we will definitely be using her again. We required her to arrive at our house really early in the morning and stay late at the end of the 6 days due to our flight schedule. She did so happily and even stayed later so the dogs weren’t alone for too long. She sent through daily updates with photos and the dogs looked really happy with her. The house was left in great condition (including her washing and drying the bedding - which obviously wasn’t required but so appreciated 😀)”

All in all, we highly recommend Indira! Thank you!”

Jason H.Star Sitter
“I was excited to hear that Jason signed on to work with Rover. I have known him in a professional capacity for several years now and have come to appreciate the wonderful relationship he has with his canine companion Henry. Jason loves his dog and strives to give Henry a balance of consistent exercise, training, affection, play and rest resulting in a healthy, happy, engaging pet. I have no doubt that he will do the same with your animal! I know Jason to pay attention to details and he works hard to do well in whatever he decides to do. Tell him what your pet needs, what your expectations are and leave Jason and Henry to do the rest!”

Giang P.
“Gia is honestly one of the most patient and caring people I know—especially when it comes to animals. She has a dog named Aki, and let me tell you, he’s a lot. Super energetic, kinda like a little tornado, and he definitely requires the kind of attention and understanding you’d give a human toddler. But Gia handles it all with so much calm and love—it’s impressive. I’ve seen how she connects with animals, and it’s clear she just gets them. She’s responsible, super trustworthy, and genuinely cares about making sure pets feel safe and happy. If anyone’s going to take care of your pet like it’s their own, it’s Gia.”

Aladah M.
“Ann is a huge dog lover and I saw her care for her dog’s special medical needs with so much competence. She is experienced at handling dogs of various sizes and with different needs. When I get her to dog-sit for my young rescue, she is very compassionate and attentive to his particular needs. I would trust her with any dog.”
