We were able to get away for the day without having to worry about our dogs which was so nice! She even washed their food bowls after they ate! About: I've worked at the SPCA and have experience with all types of cats and dogs. I've also got lots of experience with special needs animals and distributing all types of medications. Availability is wide open. I can pick up your dogs and take them for walks or to the dog parks. I can come over and feed your animals. Anything you need. I can take your dog over night at my house. I have a 3 yr old dog who loves company. We have a fenced in yard for them to play. *must be friendly with cats and small children*

About: I really enjoy being around cats and dogs. I enjoy running or walking with dogs, am consistent in my expectations of them, and have been around rescues and dogs of different temperaments. I am a substitute teacher in the valley and finish work every day by 3:30, allowing me plenty of time in the evenings to spend with your animals. About: Hi there! I have experience living with/pet-sitting dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and am always open to new pets. I absolutely love getting to know new pets as they are all so unique, yet all deserve a caring and loving sitter to ensure they are comfortable and happy while their loved ones are away! My most recent long-term sits were a 3 week house/pet sit for an adorable Golden Retriever while I worked from home last summer, and a 3 week house/pet sit for a precious orange cat in Cochrane this past February! I'm currently a full time student, studying at a post-secondary school in Calgary. I will be on a break from school from July 21 - Sept 2. Starting in Sept, my schedule is 8am-12pm Monday-Friday (~4-5 hours/day), and one day a week 8am-4:30pm (8-9 hours, either Tuesday or Friday). Therefore the perfect situation would be one where I am able to feed the pet before I leave the house around 7/730, and they can be home for up to 5 hours alone (crated or not crated). I would be able to do walks as soon as I’m home, or in the evenings (depending on your pet’s preference!). And if the sit happens to be during the day I will be at school 8+ hours, ideally we could arrange for daycare or for someone to pop in (unless you’re comfortable with that amount of time). Outside of that, I will be doing a lot of studying from home - so lots of time for cuddles and playtime with your precious pet(s) :) I will be caring for your pet in your home, and always do my absolute best to keep their routine/schedule as regular as if you were there! I take care of your home and pet as if they were my own, as my goal is to ensure your time away is as stress-free as possible.

About: Hello, Cooper and Mark here! Hoping to make best friends with your pets. We specialize in 1 pet family at a time so your loved ones can’t get all our attention! We love to walk, car rides and just the comfort of a nice big backyard. We also work from home so we’ll always be around. We’re open for just about anything and have raised dogs, cats and other pets though-out our lives. From potty training, crate training, and providing different medications. At our home we are okay with pets on our furniture, or sleeping in our bed. We also provide a big yard with different types of turf - rocks, grass etc to make your pet feel comfortable. We also are surrounded by parks and nature trials I work from home, and we can go walking loads so having any dog would be a perfect fit for us as we can provide the correct amount of attention. We also can do house sitting/lodging for extended period of time. We have a fenced yard, decent size for running plus within walking distance of great paths and dog parks! Home is smoke free and pets are allowed on furniture and in our bed.

About: I have been in love with dogs since I was a young girl. I graduated from college with an Animal Care certificate. I have experience as an Animal Care Attendant. I feed the animals and exercise them outside. I give my family dogs baths and groom them as well. I am currently working during the day, four days a week. But I would love the chance to take care of your dogs in the mornings and afternoons I will gladly send you pictures and videos of your dogs when you are away to keep you updated! About: I always had cats and dogs growing up and I now have a black cat! My close friends and family mostly have big dogs (Doberman, Belgian Malinois, Labradoodle, etc.) as well as small dogs. I worked at an animal shelter (admin staff), so I have ample experience with cats and dogs, and learned a lot about animal behaviour while sitting in on training for the volunteer programs I coordinated. I previously had a hairless cat who was high maintenance, so I have experience grooming cats (bathing, cleaning ears, cutting nails), and grew up with many different dogs that all had different needs. I would be willing and able to help with basic grooming needs of your furry friend (sorry, no hair cuts!). I will provide you with photo updates and reward good behaviour with praise before treats (but will follow your routine). I work from home (near Tuscany in Calgary), so my days are typically very flexible between 9:30am to 4:30pm, and in the evenings as well. I have a vehicle so I'm willing to travel a reasonable distance for drop-ins, and further for longer stays. I used to work for Animal & Bylaw Services, and have past training in animal behaviour from when I helped with the Off-leash Ambassador Program in Calgary. I will follow all instructions that are left to care for your animals. I can feed them, walk them, pick up after them, crate them, and will ensure your home and yard are always locked up and secure.
