From the moment we met, she was very friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. Max was dropped off at 7:30 in the morning and picked up at 7:30 in the evening, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands throughout the day. Seema was extremely caring and loving toward Max. He had a great time playing fetch with her and was walked multiple times during the day. She made sure he was fed properly and well taken care of. Max also made a new friend, Yogi—an 11-month-old Golden Retriever—and they had an amazing time together, playing and running around in the backyard, even enjoying the snow. Peaches had a great stay and she was extremely well taken care of by Nicole and her husband. Nicole accepted a last minute request the day before, within 15 mins and was very accommodating with my multiple changes to the drop off time. It felt like family was taking care of Peaches - Nicole snuggled with her overnight to make her feel more at home. She responded very quickly and provided regular updates of Peaches having fun. She even walked her in the rain. Nicole and her husband are both super kind and I will definitely make the 2 hour drive for future bookings!
