Max was dropped off at 7:30 in the morning and picked up at 7:30 in the evening, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands throughout the day. Seema was extremely caring and loving toward Max. He had a great time playing fetch with her and was walked multiple times during the day. She made sure he was fed properly and well taken care of. Max also made a new friend, Yogi—an 11-month-old Golden Retriever—and they had an amazing time together, playing and running around in the backyard, even enjoying the snow. I had been driving all day and was delirious with exhaustion, when I discovered that the accommodations I had reserved for my dog for the weekend had fallen through. Desperate, I reached out to a friend who recommended Rover. I immediately downloaded the app, created an account, and began my search. Fortunately, I was quickly connected with Svetlana and Artur, who were available to look after my dog, Cookie. They were extremely helpful (and patient) while I was navigating the app for the first time, and went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for my girl. Jennifer was great. Lily was having some issues the first few days there but Jennifer got her through it and kept us well informed. She really cares about the pets she looks after and it showed .Lily was very relaxed when she got home like she just got back from a vacation.
Veronica was communicative and wonderful with Piper. My pup took an immediate liking to her and I was really happy to have someone that I knew she felt safe and comfortable with. Her fenced in yard was a real perk because Piper loves to run around and has a lot of energy to play. She was very understanding and I would bring Piper back to stay with her in a heartbeat.
Five stars! Our dog sitter was absolutely amazing to work with. Communication was seamless, and they took wonderful care of our pup. The pickup and drop off were handled with complete ease, which made the whole process stress-free. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend their services to any dog owner!
Peaches had a great stay and she was extremely well taken care of by Nicole and her husband. Nicole accepted a last minute request the day before, within 15 mins and was very accommodating with my multiple changes to the drop off time. It felt like family was taking care of Peaches - Nicole snuggled with her overnight to make her feel more at home. She responded very quickly and provided regular updates of Peaches having fun. She even walked her in the rain. Nicole and her husband are both super kind and I will definitely make the 2 hour drive for future bookings!

Shelly has been a great communicator and really made us and our pup feel comfortable.
