“During our recent 4-day trip, we left our sweet goldendoodle, Remi, under the care of Greg and Aliza – and our satisfaction couldn't have been greater. We were fortunate to arrange a meet and greet beforehand, which turned out to be a real boon for Remi, given her shyness and the time she takes to get comfortable in new situations. Throughout her stay, Remi had a cut on her back leg that required either a cone or constant supervision. She also needed medication twice daily. We were worried she'd be unhappy with the cone, but boy, were we proven wrong. Remi had a fantastic social experience during her stay. Aliza's dedication was truly impressive; she even slept on the living room couch with Remi to help her feel at ease. Aliza also cleverly leashed Remi around her stomach to minimize cone time. Their dog, Ancho, exudes happiness and is wonderfully well-behaved around Remi, which was especially great because Remi can be quite shy and hesitant around other dogs. Even their cat posed no problem for Remi, despite her never encountering one before. Remi became a neighbourhood darling; when we came to collect her, all the kids in the area came over to say goodbye with a pat. Our trip was absolutely fantastic, knowing Remi was having a blast and was in the best of care. I truly can't envision a better place to leave a dog for boarding.”

“OUTSTANDING!!! It was late on a Thursday night. I had been driving all day and was delirious with exhaustion, when I discovered that the accommodations I had reserved for my dog for the weekend had fallen through. Desperate, I reached out to a friend who recommended Rover. I immediately downloaded the app, created an account, and began my search. Fortunately, I was quickly connected with Svetlana and Artur, who were available to look after my dog, Cookie. They were extremely helpful (and patient) while I was navigating the app for the first time, and went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for my girl. I received regular updates, including photos and videos, and they even taught her a new trick! I was stressed about leaving him for a month, but Megan made the whole experience completely stress-free, and I never had to worry at all. They regularly sent me pictures and updates. Shelly and her family were great with my dog, Gem. He was a little upset when I left him, but he adjusted quickly and seemed to feel right at home. Shelly is a wonderful communicator, responding quickly to texts, sending me photos and messages about Gem. I will definitely have Gem stay with Shelly and her family again.
Alfonso was great with Stanley. This was his second time looking after Stanley who is a handful at times. He was great with communication, and pictures. He also advised he was eating his food great as we had to get a different one to due stock issues so we knew he was eating normal. He was great in communicating at the end of the stay how it went, and advised Stanley had a few instances where he was over protective with his toys, so we was aware ourselves. Stanley is looking forward to his next stay.
Shadi did an amazing job caring for our senior chihuahua mix. Our dog is on two medications a day and can be a bit finicky and slow to warm up to new people. She warmed up to Shadi within a couple days and clearly trusted her. Shadi provided regular updates with photos and asked us questions if anything came up. We would 100% book her again!
This was our first time leaving our dog for several nights through Rover, so we were very nervous and worried at first. Jennifer was incredibly flexible and kind enough to meet with us before the booking so Taro could get familiar with her beforehand, which really helped put us at ease. During the stay, Jennifer kept us updated with photos and messages, which made us feel much more relaxed and reassured. Taro also got to spend time with Homer, and she looked so happy and comfortable the entire time. We’re very grateful for the care Jennifer gave Taro, and we would definitely book with her again whenever we need it!
Linda was an outstanding pet sitter and can't recommend her enough. Right from the beginning, communication was responsive and clear. She was genuinely excited to host Stella and went out of her way to make sure she had a great visit - homemade treats, walks, comfy bed and she kept me updated throughout the sit with lots of photos of a very happy dog :) Will definitely be giving Linda a call next time we need a sitter.
Yijing boarded our dog, Ella, for 2.5 days, including pick up and drop off. She was prompt, communicative, and understanding of complications. She sent regular updates with pictures and sometimes video, and it was clear that Ella was having a great time! Would definitely use again.
Rocky couldn't have been in better hands! It was Rocky's first stay with Whitney, and they became friends almost instantly - a sure sign she has a natural way with dogs. She walked him every day, had fun at the park, and kept us updated throughout so we always knew how he was doing. That peace of mind meant everything. Where do we even begin — there are not enough words to express how thankful we are to Lisa. We booked boarding with her for our wedding, and she once again took amazing care of both Russ and Bandit. She even went above and beyond by bringing them to our reception venue for photos and then safely back home. Russ can sometimes have separation anxiety and, being blind, can be a bit more reactive — but Lisa handled him with so much patience, understanding, and compassion. She never held anything against him and continued to treat him with genuine love and kindness, which meant the world to us. We are so incredibly grateful for Lisa and the care she gives our fur babies. We’re also sorry for the delay in leaving this review — post-wedding life has been a bit of a whirlwind! Anyone who has Lisa as their sitter is truly lucky, and without a doubt, we would choose her again every single time. Thank you so much for everything, Lisa ❤️
Amanda was great with my pet! In a span of seven hours, she updated me every hour and a half, and she took great care of him. He seemed very happy and comfortable. She also has a yard and allows the dogs to play and run around. Will definitely rebook her whenever I need extra help with my dogs! Thank you Amanda!!! 🙌🥰
