About: I have owned dogs all of my life, and I have had the privilege to also take care of other people's furry loved ones since I was very young. From dogs and cats, to guinea pigs and rats, and even horses and donkeys, I have been lucky enough to care for pets of all shapes and sizes. Rosie is itching to make new fur-friends and would love to welcome new pupper and kitter pals to our humble home (sharing only the best toys and spots to play at the parks around the neighborhood). I am equipped and happy to handle puppies, seniors, and animals with special needs or particular requirements. As a service standard, I guarantee that your furbaby will have 1 on 1 attention, oodles of social time, extensive exercise, and constant care. I also provide regular photo and video updates, because you deserve peace of mind, and your furbaby deserves a great time! I am lucky enough to work entirely from home, and only 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday). This affords me wonderful work/life balance, and the flexibility to be there for your furbaby always, taking multiple park, walk, and play breaks throughout the day. As a daily standard, Rosie and I will visit our neighborhood park at least twice a day to socialize and play, on top of going on several walks in between, and playing at home. Calling the Glebe home, I am lucky to live in one of the most beautiful, safe, and animal friendly neighborhoods in the city. Though I live in a one-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor of a small high-rise, my home is very cozy and welcoming (especially for dogs and cats!). I have a beautiful outdoor balcony space with a wonderful view for furpals to relax on, and a spacious indoor area with multiple dog beds, lots of dog toys, and a pet friendly couch and king bed (I have a corgi-approved ramp for access). Your furbabies will feel right at home with Rosie and have a pal to play and lounge with at all times. Additionally, my neighbourhood is surrounded by safe walking paths, and extensive green park spaces, featuring multiple dog parks within a few minutes walk, and a very friendly dog community (Rosie will make the proper introductions to her best pals). Rest-assured that your furbaby will be in a stimulating, yet safe environment, and get lots of exercise and social time!

About: Growing up, we always had animals in our home. I have experience caring for and handling animals of various types. I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for 4 years now, and I am currently enrolled in a Veterinary Technician program, aiming to be licenced within the next 3 years. I am bilingual and speak both English and French I currently work full-time from Monday to Friday, so would only be available during the weekend to start. If I am doing a drop-by visit to your home while you are away, I may have the possibility to drop by in the morning before work, or in the evening afterwards, depending on my schedule. As I currently live in a small apartment, it would be easier for me (and better for your pets) if I perform primarily drop-in visits for care, or take pets out for walks. I could pet-sit a smaller animal in my home, or an animal who is larger but used to apartment living, so long as you are comfortable with them interacting with my children. I will be moving into a house with a fenced yard in September, so will be able to accommodate pets more easily at that point.

About: Over the past 10 years I have had the blessing to live with a combination of 2 huskies and 6 cats. A few of them have recently passed away and others are now with their forever homes, so now it is just me and my cat (Olive). I miss carring for multiple fluffs but I didnt want the long term responsibility at this time so I thought Rover would be the perfect fit! Most of my experience is with older animals, I am comfortable with medication, pills, dietary needs, physical ailments, regular vet visits, etc. For dogs, I am not that familiar with puppies but excited to learn. For cats, I am comfortable with all ages, from kitten to senior. Thank you for conaidering me to care for your loved ones! Jonny I enjoy my routines and I am usually awake around 6 am. I would first do my litter (daily when you have 3 cats!), then would take my husky out for his morning walk. If I was working from home (2-3 days a week), then sometimes at lunch I would take the dog out once more. Affer work another walk, usually a longer one! At night just before bed I would do one last walk. As my husky got older he required medication 3 times daily, 7am 2pm and 8pm. With the cats, I have timed feeders but happy to meet any dietary needs and schedules! A safe and loving space and meeting your directions on carring for your loved ones will always be my top priority. I know that leaving them can be stressful and I hope to reduce that stress as much as possible!
