About: I've had family pets for my whole life and two dogs of my own - both with fun quirks that come with rescue dogs. I love animals and especially walking dogs. Experience sitting all sizes of dog from puppies to senior dogs. I work from home and have a fenced backyard where I can also work when the weather is nice. Therefore, I can let a dog out as much as it needs during the day and have time for two good walks (or a few shorter ones) each day. Pets in my home are allowed to nap on furniture and there are also a few pet beds around, so they can have their pick. I like to take dogs to the backyard, which is fenced, for some outdoor relaxing time, and have a good supply of poop bags, dried beef liver treats, and some fun toys depending on what the dog likes. The house is calm and quiet, and one of the first things I do in the morning is go for a nice big walk.

About: I have spent most of my life around animals, and have worked with them professionally for nearly two decades. My family welcomed our first dog, a 140lb Golden Retriever, when I was just four years old. Since then, I have cared for a variety of my own companion animals, including cocker spaniels, pit bulls, mastiffs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, chinchillas, birds, lizards, and fish. My professional experience includes working at boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, pet stores and wildlife centres. I have worked with many individuals and organizations in the local animal care and veterinary community. While I enjoy working with all animals, I have a special affinity towards big dogs, oversized cats, and ducks. My schedule is quite flexible, and I work locally with a light booking load, so your beloved pets will receive my undivided attention while under my watchful care. I understand the importance of familiarity and routine for animals, which is why I offer petsitting in your home. I know first-hand how challenging it can be to leave beloved pets behind, especially when they require extra care due to their age, illness, anxiety or behavioural issues. When I stay with your pets I treat your home with upmost respect and care, and you can trust that your fur family are in good hands while you're away.

About: Hi! I've spent over 15 years caring for my own dogs and other furry friends-making tails wag is kind of my thing! I even ran a small pet care business for a year, offering walks, drop-ins, and plenty of love. Trained in pet first aid and truly passionate about animals, I treat every pet like family. Whether it's playtime, a walk, or snuggles, I'll make sure your pup feels safe, happy, and loved while you're away. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine! I'm currently self-employed and run my own small businesses, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I can easily adjust my day to meet your pet’s needs—whether that’s early morning walks, midday drop-ins, or evening snuggles. Caring for animals brings me joy, and I love making them part of my daily life. I care for pets as if they were my own and treat your home with the same respect I treat mine. I don’t have a fenced yard, so I currently offer pet care in your home. I prioritize safety, follow all instructions carefully, and create a calm, loving environment where your pet feels safe, happy, and comfortable.

“Jessica has just started walking our two golden retrievers and has been wonderful so far so we'll be having her over multiple times a week to walk the pups! The dogs get very excited when she gets here (always right on time) and are absolutely exhausted when they get back! Wonderful service, thanks Jessica!”

He’s 8 years old. He’s treated like a king in my house. It’s his world and I’m just living in it :) I like to clean the litter as soon as the animals use it. Happy to brush any animals if they like it, mine loves it. Food, meds or any special treats, happy to serve up! Fulfilling your requests and needs is what I’m all about.

About: I grew up with dogs and we have had 2 beautiful retrievers. They are part of our family and enjoy hikes and lots of love. I am free on weekends in the Spring to look after your dog. During the week I teach primary children in a school setting. In the summer months I am free weekly for dog walks, overnights etc I have a spacious fenced yard and a park nearby. I have ample space in my house to add another dog for daytime or overnight care. It’s a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. I have a mellow retriever for your dog to play with and keep your dog company! I am interested in mature mellow dogs as they would be a good fit in our house.

About: Hi! My name is Olivia and I understand how important it is to find a sitter who will care for your pets like family. I have a dog myself, Maui, who is a 3 year old shihpoo. We live nearby to downtown Collingwood and have a giant backyard to play in at all times. Whether it’s walks, snuggles or playtime, I’m here to ensure you that your pets are safe with me. I work from home so your pets have my attention 24/7. I go to the gym for an hour every day but other than that, I am constantly available to play, take potty breaks or go on walks. I let pets roam around the house unless instructed not to, and if you are not comfortable with your dog off leash, we can go to the fenced in dog park nearby or stick to going on walks with a leash at all times.

Ive done 14 classes with her and did a deep dive into podcasts and books on dog behaviours and training methods and its become even more of a passion of mine. Ive taken care of senior dogs, small dogs and administered pills and rectal injections. I have boarded young cats and senior cats as well however now that i have a dog again id be best dropping in for cats. I am very experienced with high energy breeds such as aussies and border collies and understand the emphasis on a need for mental stimulation with working breeds. Id love to get to treat your fur baby as i do my own. Im currently working part time at a few restaurants and have an online business so my schedule is flexible for your needs, mornings afteenoons or evenings I always pay attention to animals body language and respond with care, love and patience and of course play and or cuddle time. I am detail oriented and ask questions to make sure your pet gets the care they need. Whether that be preparing a licky mat or kong to comfortably get them settled in a crate or ensuring they are safe and settled before heading on my way. I understand the importance of respecting someomes space and wanting it treated how i keep my own.

“Katie was so great! We asked her the day of if she could come walk Tobi for us, she was very accommodating! Thanks Katie we will be seeing you again soon!”

“Adam was fantastic with my very large—and sometimes reactive—boy. Although I had put him through extensive training as a pup, some of his reactivity had started to resurface, which has been challenging. After just a few walks with Adam while I was away, I noticed a remarkable change in his walking behavior. No more pulling or barking—what a difference! Thank you, Adam. We’ll definitely be booking again.”
