“Wow! Cindy and her family cared for Madigan like she was family-- I think she misses them already! Our Maddie stayed for two weeks, and Cindy sent us lots of pics and kept us up to date with the fun they were having. Everything was perfect from our end. Highly recommended!!”

“We had such a great experience with Katherine. The daily updates were thoughtful and reassuring, and it was clear Quinn was happy, comfortable, and very well looked after. It made being away so much easier. I truly can’t recommend Katherine enough!”

“Jillian was amazing. Lots of updates with photos. Our Luna really seemed to love her. She also took Luna on some good hikes/walks as she requires lots of exercise. Will definitely use her again!!”

About: Our family provides pet care together, with myself and my husband, Vitaly, being fully responsible for all pets in our care. Our 11-year-old daughter is also deeply involved and passionate about animals. She has completed courses through the local Humane Society and is currently finishing a pet sitter course. She loves helping with walks, playtime, feeding, brushing, and giving animals lots of affection under our supervision. We also have another 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Animals are already a meaningful part of our family life, and we are planning to welcome our own dog within the next two years. In many ways, pet care has become a beautiful opportunity for us to spend time with dogs while continuing to learn and prepare as future dog owners ourselves. As a family, we enjoy learning about dog behaviour, training, and care, and even love watching Cesar Millan together. We have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals. We have completed both a 10-day farm sitting stay in the summer and a 7-day stay in the winter for close friends with a hobby farm that includes two dogs, a cat, goats, chickens, and other animals. Our responsibilities included daily feeding, animal care, cleaning, outdoor chores, and even milking goats. In addition, we have experience fostering dogs in our home, providing pet care for friends and neighbours, dog walking, and drop-in visits/check-ins for bathroom breaks and companionship. One summer, we also helped a neighbour with daily noon-time puppy check-ins for six weeks while they were at work. We are a calm, caring, outdoorsy family who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. We are best suited for dogs who are comfortable around children and reasonably calm around cats. We do have a cat in the home, though she has her own quiet spaces and hiding spots where she can retreat comfortably when needed. My husband and I both work as entrepreneurs mostly from home. We do sometimes leave the house for around 2-4 hrs for different activities with our homeschooled children. Sometimes we can bring dogs with us, sometimes they need to stay at the house. Our family like to take regular walks in the morning and evening so we don’t need to change our routine too much when we add a dog to the house. We have a fenced yard and three level house. We are extra tidy when dogs are around and are careful with leaving food out. We once had a dog eat a brick of butter from the counter…let’s say we learned our lesson!
“Michelle watched our 2 year old dog, Bo, overnight, and he had the absolute best time! Michelle sent frequent updates of Bo playing with her dogs, taking walks and overall having a lot of fun. I recommend if you are in the Collingwood area to have Michelle watch your pets 100% of the time.”

“Heather really looked after my dogs. She sent pictures updating me with what they were up to. I felt relaxed while we were away and will use Heather again 🐾”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Anne while she cared for our dog, Wilson, during our vacation. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent and she made us feel completely at ease. During the pre-stay meet and greet, it was clear how comfortable Wilson felt with her—and that carried through the entire stay. Anne sent us daily pictures and videos, which not only reassured us but also showed how happy and well-cared-for Wilson was. She is so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—it honestly felt like Wilson was on his own vacation! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely trust Anne with Wilson again in the future.”

About: I have had dogs since I was 4. (Family dogs) then I have had 3 dogs that I have had with my own family. Can’t live without out one in my life. Looked after friends and other family dogs for them. Love getting out for a walk with a dog. I’m self employed and I’m working part time. So I have lots of time to take care of dogs. Being self employed I can make time to giving your dog the best care by being here for them. I have a fenced in yard. Plus love taking dogs for walks. I’m willing to do what makes the customer happy. I don’t have a dog of my own at this time. We just lost our family dog of 14yrs.
“Tucker had an AMAZING time, for his first boarding night. We are so thankful to find two people who treat him as well as myself and my kids. Cannot wait to use them again.”

“Dale was absolutely amazing with our often difficult to manage dog. We were amazed at how well she managed him, and will absolutely use her again in the future. We were given updates throughout his stay, and felt confident knowing she was looking after our pup”

“We were very pleased with the care Dex received with Jessica. She sent updates and pictures often which gave us peace of mind and very secure. Dex was well taken care of and she really cared for him. I would definitely use her again.”

“Tyson loved his stay! We appreciated being able to leave him with Susan and Brian in their home and their wonderful care while away. Great communication/pics sent. Will definitely use again. Thank you!”

“Geo and Amanda are absolute gems of dog sitters. They took in both of my dogs just as their own and updated me thoroughly throughout each day. Their home was so beautiful and such a comfy safe space for my dogs to run and rest. They were absolutely so kind and made me feel so at peace knowing my babies were in safe hands!”

“Could not be happier with the service provided. Our boy Gus has been back three times now. This last time for 11 days while we were away on holidays. They updated us often with pictures. Gus being a very rambunctious 14 month old lab is notoriously bad on a leash. After his prolonged stay he was noticeably better on his leash and continues to be. Would recommend for sure.”

“Natasha and Sandro were amazing dog sitters! They went above and beyond to ensure our dog felt comfortable in their home. Lightning enjoyed playing with their dog, Phoenix. It was great seeing messages from them along with updated pics too. Thank you for taking such good care of Lightning.”

“Shannon’s home is warm and welcoming. We always know that our dog Maple will be well taken care of because she is treated like one of the family. Shannon is our go to dog sitter for whenever we need someone to care for Maple.”

“Jessica and family treated my dog, Cooper, just like he was their own and I knew he was in good hands from the moment I met them. They sent many updates, including photos and videos. I will definitely be using their dog sitting services again and highly recommend them!”

“Jessica is amazing. I was nervous as I have never left my cats with anyone, it was our first vacation. We were put at ease from the first visit and were able to enjoy our vacation with no worries. I think the cats thought they were on vacation as well. The pictures Jessica sent us from each visit made our hearts happy. She played music for them each visit. She is amazing and we will hopefully be able to book her for our next vacation. Thank you Jessica.”

“Chelsea looked after my two cats for a week. She came in twice a day for the usual -- food, water, litter, cleaning, play -- and stayed 30 minutes each time. After each visit, I received several photos as well as the written report which made me feel very secure that they were being well cared for. Chelsea also shovelled my walk for my return as it was quite snowy and late when I got back. I really appreciate her reliability, responsiveness, and consideration and above all, that she cared for my cats like they were her own.”

About: I have been a dog owner since the time I was born. My dogs have always been my dear friends, some who have needed a lot of care and special attention. After I moved out, I continued to pet-sit for my parents dash-hound until recently when he crossed over the rainbow bridge. I am experiencing pet-fever but am waiting to be a little bit more settled before adding a furry friend to my family. I am excited to share some of the love with your best friend! I am a big walker and love exploring new areas so I am keen to take your dog to their normal walk areas. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I takes a village to raise a family, including furry friends! This is a fun side gig for me - I get as much enjoyment being around the pets as they do having the excerise and company they need. I’ve available during the day Monday - Friday and some weekends! Happy to come 15 minutes in any direction from Collingwood. I keep my schedule updated regularly. I treat your pet and home with the utmost care and respect - the same as I would want my own home and pet to be treated. Trust and respect is incredibly important to me.

“We were so happy to have found Jill to watch our dog while we were visiting from out of town . She was a short drive from the village and was flexible with drop off and pick up time , allowing us to explore and enjoy blue mountain and pick up after dinner. Laura, her husband, and their two sweet toddlers welcomed him like part of the family and treated him with so much love and care. Cooper came home happy, relaxed, and clearly adored. It’s obvious how much attention and affection they give, and it meant the world to know he was safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved while we were away. I can’t recommend Laura highly enough; she and her family are the absolute sweetest, and we feel so lucky to have found them! 🐾💛”

About: I have spent most of my life around animals, and have worked with them professionally for nearly two decades. My family welcomed our first dog, a 140lb Golden Retriever, when I was just four years old. Since then, I have cared for a variety of my own companion animals, including cocker spaniels, pit bulls, mastiffs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, chinchillas, birds, lizards, and fish. My professional experience includes working at boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, pet stores and wildlife centres. I have worked with many individuals and organizations in the local animal care and veterinary community. While I enjoy working with all animals, I have a special affinity towards big dogs, oversized cats, and ducks. My schedule is quite flexible, and I work locally with a light booking load, so your beloved pets will receive my undivided attention while under my watchful care. I understand the importance of familiarity and routine for animals, which is why I offer petsitting in your home. I know first-hand how challenging it can be to leave beloved pets behind, especially when they require extra care due to their age, illness, anxiety or behavioural issues. When I stay with your pets I treat your home with upmost respect and care, and you can trust that your fur family are in good hands while you're away.

About: I spent my childhood helping my grandparents take care of animals at their boarding kennel and have been a huge animal lover ever since. I have had several animals of my own (dogs, cat, fish, & bunny). I regularly pet sit for friends and family and have started offering pet-sitting services, locally & abroad, for the past three years. I am comfortable caring for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and other small animals. I treat every pet like family, making sure they’re comfortable in their own home environment while you’re away. You can count on me to provide not just the basics - food, walks, and play - but also companionship, calm presence, and genuine care. I have experience caring for senior pets who need extra patience, gentleness, and attention. I understand how to move at their pace, notice the little signs when they’re tired or uncomfortable, and keep them feeling safe and loved. I run (mostly-online) businesses that provides a lot of flexibility in my schedule, so I can work around your pet’s usual routine to keep them feeling safe and comfortable. Whether it’s morning feedings, mid-day playtime, or evening snuggles, I am adaptable and reliable. When caring for pets in your home, I treat both your animals and your space with the utmost respect. I follow your instructions closely to keep your pet’s routine consistent, whether that’s feeding, medications, walks, or playtime. Safety is always my top priority - I double-check doors, gates, and leashes, and I’m attentive to any changes in behavior or health. I want you to feel complete peace of mind knowing that your pets are safe, happy, and loved, and your home is cared for just as you left it.

About: I have never known family that did not include a pet. Growing up we always had a cat in the home. In my adult life I have raised and loved 4 border collies from puppy to senior and every stage between. We currently have a 13 year old Border Collie Bella and an 8 year old Border Collie Carl. I love to spend time outdoors hiking, walking and playing with the dogs and will adapt my routine to your dogs needs. I am confident with high energy breeds but lower energy breeds will fit in with my pups just as easily. I can care for your cats or dogs in my home or yours and will take the time to understand your pets routine, needs and preferences so their lives experience as little disruption as possible while you are away! I generally work from home and have a very flexible schedule meaning I can design my day around your pets routine. I occasionally work out of the home but am always available to pop in for walks/breaks so your pet is never left alone for too long. I will take the time prior to caring for your pet to learn their routine and understand their needs. If your dog stays with us they will become part of the family with my two border collies. We live on a quiet rural road, right across from the bruce trail meaning we can trail walks and hikes are safe and easy. I offer boarding services (at my home) for dogs only I offer pet sitting in your home for dogs and cats.
“Chlsy is super kind and responsive. She got back to me very quickly and was incredibly professional. Zara was very comfortable with Chlsy even though she can sometimes take a bit too warm up to someone new. I needed someone for a last minute walk and she was fantastic! Highly recommend.”
About: I’ve cared for animals for years and currently live with a puppy, an adult dog, and a bunny, and I’ve had my cat for 8 years. I’m experienced with daily routines, walks, playtime, feeding, and giving pets the love and attention they deserve. I’m committed to providing reliable, compassionate care and treating every pet like family. 🐾 As a student training to become a pilot, I have a well-organized schedule and love spending my free time with animals. Whether it’s walks, drop-in visits, playtime, or cuddle time, I enjoy making pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their families are away. I share my home with two French Bulldogs, so caring for pets is part of my everyday life! We enjoy walks, playing fetch, and lots of cuddles and belly rubs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m happy to stop by for walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, or just to keep them company. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away.
About: 🐾 About Me: Professional Care, Puppy-Level Enthusiasm! Hi, I'm Natasha! I know how tough it can be to leave your furry family members behind, which is why my goal is to give you total peace of mind. Whether your dog is a high-energy adventurer who needs a structured routine, a growing puppy working on their manners, or a sweet senior who just wants a quiet couch to snooze on, I tailor my care to exactly what your dog needs to feel safe and happy. Why Choose Me? Structured & Mindful Approach: I don't just "watch" dogs; I pay close attention to their body language, routines, and comfort levels. If you are working on specific training milestones (like crate training, loose-leash walking, or socialization), I am happy to help maintain that consistency while you're away! Active & Adaptive: From energetic hikes and outdoor play to calm, enriching indoor puzzles, I adapt the day's pacing to match your dog's age and energy level. Clear, Daily Communication: You'll get regular updates and photo check-ins so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I maintain a structured, full-time schedule that allows me to dedicate my days entirely to pet care. I don’t believe in leaving pets alone for long stretches, so your furry family member will enjoy a highly attentive environment. Whether maintaining a progressive exercise routine for an active dog, supporting a service candidate puppy working on their focus and manners, or providing quiet company for a senior pet, my schedule adapts to their needs. You can rest easy knowing your pet is sticking to their comfort routine while you're away. I live in a cozy, secure, and entirely pet-friendly space that is kept clean and free of hazards. While I don’t have a private yard, I completely make up for it with a highly active and structured routine! Outdoor time is intentional and frequent. We will go on regular, timed leash walks and local outdoor adventures tailored entirely to your dog’s age and energy level. Inside, the vibe is peaceful and relaxing—perfect for refueling after a good walk. I have plenty of room for crates, beds, and indoor enrichment puzzles to keep your pup happy and content.

“Michelle and Rob are very kind and welcoming people. Our Lilly was well looked after, we were able to go and have a worry free vacation. We would recommend them to anyone needing their fur babies looked after.”

“What an amazing experience with Vidya! Took such great care of our pup. Sent us picture and video updates of our boy the entire time we were away. Would highly recomend!”
“Sheila is awesome and very responsive. She was great with my Golden Retriever, Mabel. She sent regular updates and photos. Mabel got personalized attention and slept on the bed at night. Sheila also took some fabulous photos of Mabel that are of photography studio quality.”

“Melanie is great, I bring my GSD Simba to her regularly, she’s very supportive and accommodating even on short notices. Simba enjoys his stay with Melanie and her lovely dogs and returns happy and tired. I’ve tried day care and boarding services and I’m very satisfied with all the care she provides is both services. Didn’t see any negative changes on Simba’s behaviour after mingling with Melanie’s dogs. I would like to thank Melanie for her amazing care and would like to highly recommend her services as a dog sitter or boarding.”
