About: I have always felt a strong connection to animals, especially dogs and cats. I wake up every morning looking forward to seeing a pup! This is why I treat every pet like my own. I pay attention to personalities, ages, quirks, and comfort levels so your fur babies get the best care possible for their needs. A happy pet is my goal! I am currently an online university student, which means I have a very flexible schedule. I am able to work on my studies from home while looking after furry friends! I care for all of my client’s pets as if they were my own. Both my client’s and their pets’ comfort and safety is my number one priority. I make sure to understand each individual pet’s personality, needs and preferences.

About: Our family provides pet care together, with myself and my husband, Vitaly, being fully responsible for all pets in our care. Our 11-year-old daughter is also deeply involved and passionate about animals. She has completed courses through the local Humane Society and is currently finishing a pet sitter course. She loves helping with walks, playtime, feeding, brushing, and giving animals lots of affection under our supervision. We also have another 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Animals are already a meaningful part of our family life, and we are planning to welcome our own dog within the next two years. In many ways, pet care has become a beautiful opportunity for us to spend time with dogs while continuing to learn and prepare as future dog owners ourselves. As a family, we enjoy learning about dog behaviour, training, and care, and even love watching Cesar Millan together. We have hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals. We have completed both a 10-day farm sitting stay in the summer and a 7-day stay in the winter for close friends with a hobby farm that includes two dogs, a cat, goats, chickens, and other animals. Our responsibilities included daily feeding, animal care, cleaning, outdoor chores, and even milking goats. In addition, we have experience fostering dogs in our home, providing pet care for friends and neighbours, dog walking, and drop-in visits/check-ins for bathroom breaks and companionship. One summer, we also helped a neighbour with daily noon-time puppy check-ins for six weeks while they were at work. We are a calm, caring, outdoorsy family who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. We are best suited for dogs who are comfortable around children and reasonably calm around cats. We do have a cat in the home, though she has her own quiet spaces and hiding spots where she can retreat comfortably when needed. My husband and I both work as entrepreneurs mostly from home. We do sometimes leave the house for around 2-4 hrs for different activities with our homeschooled children. Sometimes we can bring dogs with us, sometimes they need to stay at the house. Our family like to take regular walks in the morning and evening so we don’t need to change our routine too much when we add a dog to the house. We have a fenced yard and three level house. We are extra tidy when dogs are around and are careful with leaving food out. We once had a dog eat a brick of butter from the counter…let’s say we learned our lesson!

About: I've been caring for animals for 39 years. Over that time I've lived with and looked after cats, dogs, rabbits, and rats, so I'm comfortable with a wide range of pets and their different personalities and needs. My professional background includes work at animal hospitals, grooming salons, and animal rescues. That experience, along with caring for my own pets, taught me how to deliver caring, loving, and thoughtful care that is also medically aware. I'm comfortable providing medical support, administering medications, and caring for special-needs dogs. In several situations I've been able to recognize the early signs of serious medical emergencies in dogs and respond appropriately. Working in rescue also deepened my understanding of animal behaviour and stress. I know that being away from their person can be hard on pets (and on their owners), so I focus on creating a calm, reassuring environment and keeping communications clear so both of you can feel more at ease. I work full time from home with a very flexible schedule, so I'm available any time during the week for drop-ins, dog or cat hangouts at my home, or working from your home so your pets can stay in their own familiar space. I am also available weekends as well Just let me know what works for you and your pets! I currently have a pet free home. I do have crates if your pet prefers that or they can cuddle up in bed. Your dog would only be walked on a leash or put out on a very secure, strong cable as I do not have a fenced yard. In your home I would follow any rules and routines you have in place.

About: I spent my childhood helping my grandparents take care of animals at their boarding kennel and have been a huge animal lover ever since. About: I have been a vet tech for over 5 years but decided that field is no longer for me. I knew I wanted to stay in the field with animals so I became a dog trainer, walker and boarder. Dogs have always been a passion of mine! I will treat your dogs just like my own.. lots of TLC 🥰 FOR IN HOME CARE MY DOG MUST BE ABLE TO COME WITH ME I am always around to let your fur babies out to do their business. I work very locally. We will always go for walks in the morning and evening! If you require me to live-in your home, I will NEED to bring along my personal dog as well. I also have a dog of my own that is super friendly and a great teacher to other dogs. I also have cameras set up around my home for extra safety.

About: I work in the veterinarian field and have several years experience in animal boarding and training facilities. With my combination of veterinary care and boarding experience, you can feel confident your pets are in good hands! I have flexibility to help check in on your pets as needed with my current schedule. I am able to come as needed or on a regular basis. I will care for your pets in their home by offering check in visits. If you need more than one a day, I’m happy to work with you.

About: Happy to walk a dog or two. I usually have my kids and dog in tow on walks, but am flexible if that’s not ideal. Our 12yo dog Kutsu (medium sized border collie mix from Japan) is great with other dogs and loves to run, play and explore. He mostly just keeps to himself though and avoids conflict. I am a full time mom looking for extra cash and love dogs, and so do the kids of course. The kids are so far very gentle with our dog and other dogs we’ve had here. We aren’t hosting at this time but will again soon! We're more than happy to accommodate any special needs. We are well-versed in the cone of shame, allergies, and giving medications. I used to be a nurse so learning on the job is my specialty. We believe in positive reinforcement training and have used an e-collar in the past until it wasn’t necessary anymore. Please feel free to talk to us more about how we can support you and your best friend! I am a stay at home mom so I make my own schedule and am very flexible. I am good with last-minute or planned visits. All depends on the needs of the dog. If they like to be left alone, cool. If they need meds, cool. If they need walks all day, cool. We can accomodate!

About: I’m like every other sitter. We love sitting cause we love animals. Your fur baby is my fur baby and they will be treated like family. Pet care fits right in with my daily and weekly routine. If I don’t have a dog by my side it a sad day. Have owned dogs for 40+ years The way I care for pets either mine or yours is attention, affection, lots of activities and peaceful rest times. About: Currently a flight attendant wanting to look after dogs on my days off ! Hard working, reliable and and love dogs! I can come to your home or look after them in my home. I can travel anywhere in the Toronto area. I can look after dogs large and small. About: Growing up we constantly had many different pets. May it be cats, dogs, birds or even fish. I love animals and the joy they bring, so as soon as I got my license I started a successful pet sitting business back home. Now that I have moved to Port Hope, I am looking to start back providing care and assistance to my fellow neighbors and their beloved animals. I am extremely patient and kind. I love all animals and if I am not familiar with a particular care process, I am happy to learn. I look forward to being able to provide my services to anyone who needs it. I do currently work 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday but my work is on a hybrid model and I live close to work. I am willing to come and help before work, after work and even on my lunch breaks if needed. My weekends are very open and flexible as well. I currently rent and have 2 cats, so taking care of your pet in my home is possible but restricted. While taking care of pets in their home. I will abide by all house rules. I will visit your home and provide a minimum of 3 walks a day for drop ins, if I am housesitting then more care will be provided. I will also brush your pets and if you wish more grooming services, this can always be discussed.
