About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was a kid. Me and my biologist cousin used to rescue dogs and cats that lived around our camp house back in my hometown. I am a really active person and love going for runs and hikes. My best friends for this have been dogs that want to get their energy out as much as I do. I believe all pets are different and appreciate owner communication to get to know your pet better! Excited to meet you! I’m currently a full-time teacher so my weekday schedule goes until 4pm. However I will go into summer vacation soon along with my student so I’ll have much more availability during that time. For now, weekends are my to go but any late afternoon weekday visits are welcome. I love having a detailed description of the pets I’m going to take care of beforehand. Are they afraid of something specific? Do they have dietary restrictions? Do they have any medical conditions? I carry my own equipment for walking and giving dogs a drink (I appreciate if they have favourite treats we can bring along for long walks!)

About: I've had dogs since I can recall. We had an old man past almost a year ago roughly living until 17.5 years old. Stubborn but loving dog! Got a beagle within last few years of our old dog's life. I don't live at home with the beagle anymore, just my cats but I still love dogs as well! I have experience providing meds via a syringe. Not really pills for dogs/cats. Also putting on a diaper and getting up through the night, removing diaper, putting back on. Getting up a few times a night for puppies. With their small bladders. If you worry about noise complaints by playing in the backyard, I can walk them a couple times in a day if needed. I'll love them like my own! And take lots of photos :D I do work a 9-5:30pm job (Monday to Friday). I would still be able to feed/let out or by leash to let them do their business in the morning. When getting up to feed and before leaving for work. After work feed/another bathroom break/walk/a bit of play and some cuddles ofcourse! (I don't leave my cats alone for overnight stays. My partner takes care of my children when I'm away) I can't do boarding but I can do overnight stays/drop ins. I usually prefer to have the owner write a list of instructions for how much food to be given/times if they extra meals, a supplements needed or medication. I always use alarms for medication so I don't forget to. And for any additional information thats good to know or where things are located. I may still ask the owner where things are if I can't find an item. I make sure items are not in reach or access to anything their not supposed to have. I won't leave your place in a mess, I can vaccum if needed before returning. I love being around pets and wish to provide them care/love while you are away. Care for them and hopefully can sleep with them. Unless they don't want to. I hope you can give me the opportunity to care for your furry children!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them since I was about 10 years old. Even before having my own dog, I regularly helped by walking neighborhood dogs of all sizes. One of those was a Rottweiler who had some behavioral challenges with strangers but bonded well with me, and I was trusted to walk him regularly when other walkers had difficulty. I’ve often been told I have a calm, reassuring energy that dogs seem to respond to naturally. Over the years, I’ve had hands-on experience with dogs of many breeds, sizes, and personalities, including rescues and foster dogs. I’ve also helped a close friend who worked with the SPCA by assisting with dog transport, including last-minute and emergency placements to and from foster homes. My first personal dog was a Husky–Malamute mix named Cody, whom I adopted from the SPCA at around 3–4 years old. He came with some challenges due to his previous living situation, but with consistency, patience, and an environment better suited to his needs, he became a wonderful companion. He was great with kids, cats, and other animals and lived a long, happy life into his senior years. I’ve also fostered a Pit Bull mix for several months until she found her forever home. In a previous chapter of my life, I shared a home with a German Shepherd and a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix, and caring for them gave me a deeper appreciation for structure, routine, and clear communication — especially with intelligent, energetic dogs. While I’m not a trainer, I’ve always taken the time to work with my dogs in a patient, consistent way to help them feel secure and well-mannered. Currently, I have a young German Shepherd / Black Mouth Cur mix who is my daily companion. We focus on routine, enrichment, and basic obedience, and he’s a happy, social, people-friendly goof who’s often by my side. As a business owner with a detailing shop in Milton, I have a very flexible schedule. I’m not confined to a traditional 9–5, which allows me to step in and out as needed throughout the day. Bookings are always planned and accommodated in advance, making midday visits, early mornings, evenings, and weekends very doable. I’m able to adjust my schedule to ensure pets receive consistent care, attention, and timely walks or check-ins. When pets are in my home, their safety and comfort are always my top priority. I do have a dog of my own, but my home is set up so dogs can be fully separated if needed, including having their own space and routine. During the day, my dog is often at my shop with my husband, so he is not present when I’m doing walks, drop-ins, or day care outside the home. The property sits on approximately half an acre, providing plenty of space for movement and enrichment, along with lots of toys.
