About: Hi, I’m Dusty. I work full-time as a restaurant supervisor and bartender, but during my time off, I offer part-time dog walking and pet care through Rover. Outside of Rover, I also care for friends’ dogs—everything from the biggest, fluffiest Newfoundland to the tiniest, sassiest corgi. I have experience with pets of all ages and sizes, from having pets myself and caring for others' for many years now. SPECIFIC NEEDS: For those needing some extra care, I also have experience in managing certain specific behaviours (teenage dogs, high energy breeds, reactivity, resource guarding, etc.). SCHEDULE: I'm lucky enough to work from home and be able to keep an eye on your pet all day. I will follow your pet's regular schedule. I know every animal is different and that's why I adapt all the activities to your pet's needs and limitations. SAFETY: Walks are always on leash unless you want us to go to the dog park, and play sessions are done in a safe environment.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life—literally! Since I was a baby, my family has had everything from giant Saint Bernards to energetic Australian Shepherds, a cuddly Sheepoo, and now an English Bulldog. Between my mom’s house and my dad’s, I’m always surrounded by a pack, so I’ve had experience with all kinds of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. Whether it’s keeping up with high-energy pups or giving a little extra care to seniors, I’ve seen it all. I also genuinely love being outdoors, so your dog will get lots of fresh air, exercise, and adventure on our walks. I treat every dog like they’re my own, and I always make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m currently working at a golf course for the summer, so my schedule is flexible and I never work more than 8 hours a day—most shifts are even shorter. I have my own car, so I’m always able to get to where I’m needed. I already go on daily walks, so adding a four-legged walking buddy is a perfect fit! On my days off (usually two per week), I love spending time outdoors hiking and camping, so staying active with dogs is something that naturally fits into my lifestyle. Whether it’s a quick visit or a longer walk, I’m happy to give your pet the attention and exercise they deserve. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk or staying overnight in your home, I always treat pets with love, patience, and respect—just like they’re my own. I understand how important routine is, so I’ll make sure to stick closely to your dog’s regular schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. When staying in a client’s home, I’m mindful of your space and aim to keep things clean, calm, and comfortable for your pet.
