About: I've had and taken care of a dog since I was 7 years old. Dogs were always a part of our family life. In my family and friend group I am the go-to person for pet sitting and puppy walks. I recently participated with a trainer from Ultimate K9 training in Southern Maryland with my own pup Russel who passed with flying colors and both he and I learned many new skills and tricks. Working with dogs is one of the loves of my life. I typically work a 7-5 shift at my day job but do have some flexibility during the day that I can use for a pup break. Evenings I am consistently available after 5pm. Weekend work is not a problem and I am open to helping support your much needed getaway. Love is always the first ingredient but of course we respect puppy boundaries as set by the puppy parents or how comfortable the pup is until they feel comfortable. Meals are fed to pups at the same time to make sure they are not feeling favoritism. Belly rubs and play time are also important for bonding and trust. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
