About: I've had my own dogs and cats as well as done dog sitting when I was a teenager! I live teaching dogs new tricks when sitting because it helps me connect with them more! I'm currently a part time student taking online courses so I have a lot of free time! I like working out in the mornings and Going to the beach! About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. My first job in high school was pet sitting, and then it grew from there. Throughout covid I would post on facebook groups offering to watch people’s animals. As the years went on I still loved pet sitting, and still watching the same animals I have all the previous years before! Ever since moving to south carolina full time I haven’t pet sat as often, but I would love to get back into it since I have a lot of free time now! I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, cats, lizards, and guinea pigs! Over the years I learned how to administrate oral injections and how to apply topical cream to animal. I also have experience with giving medication throughout the day, whether that’s administrating it by mouth or putting it in a treat for them! My schedule typically changes every week, but I am a server and I do not work full time. I am a recent Coastal Carolina graduate, and now have a lot of free time on my hands throughout the day! I would care for your animals just like I was caring for my own fur babies! I do have a cat at home, and if you needed me to keep your animal at my house, I would have no problem putting my animal in another room to keep your animal safe, if they didn’t get along. In my neighborhood I have two dog parks that are fenced in for outdoor activity. If needed to stay at clients home, I would treat the home as my own and act in a respectful manner. Main goal would be to take care of the pet and make sure they are in a safe/ fun environment!
About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for over 15 years, and caring for them is truly my passion! I have extensive experience caring for all types of animals, from newborn puppies and kittens to senior pets who need extra patience, specialized attention, and medication. I spent several years working at PetSmart in the grooming salon, where I cared for dogs and helped ensure they were comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I also volunteered for six years at an animal shelter in Prattville, Alabama, where I bathed animals, provided daily care, and gave them as much love and attention as possible. I currently care for a 13 year old Dachshund who uses a wheelchair for mobility and experiences seizures that require medication. I’m also a proud dog mom to seven wonderful dogs of my own: Bruno and Zarra, Great Pyrenees and Blue Heeler mixes; Chewie, a Pomchi; Ottie and Steel, Chihuahuas; Brody, a Golden Retriever and Pit Bull mix; and Rizzo, a German Shepherd. Having a diverse pack of my own has given me even more hands on experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. About: I am experienced with both large and small dogs. I can give medication, help reluctant pets eat, brush fur, wrap injuries, apply nose cream, clean skin folds, and any other needs. I am a huge fan of walks and will love your pet like my own! I grew up with a Rhodesian ridgeback and I have spent time petsitting for friends and neighbors (both cats and dogs).
