About: We don't deserve dogs. They give affection and trust without reservation. For that, they get special care. It's a precious and rare gift. Gratitude and respect given. But...boundaries. I happily retired last year and considered dog day care or boarding businesses. For now, I like the idea of caring for pets in their natural environment. I have experience with horses and goats. I also pet and house sit in the Hawaiian islands as well as the American Southwest. I don't have a home arrangement where I can normally care for a pet however I will entertain special circumstances if an unusual situation occurs.

About: I’ve lived with dogs my entire life and have been walking and pet-sitting since I was 15. I have experience staying overnight with pets and caring for dogs with different needs and personalities. My own rescue dog taught me how to be patient and gentle with timid dogs, and I’ve carried that into every pet I care for. I also volunteer at a local animal shelter, taking dogs out for the day and walking them whenever I can. This experience has helped me work confidently with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m a passionate dog lover who treats every pup like family. I’m a student at Coastal Carolina, so my schedule varies a bit. On M/W I don’t have class until 4:00 pm, so I’m free anytime before that or after 5:30 pm. On T/Th, I have classes from 8:00 am until 1:30 pm, and am free anytime after. Fridays I have off, and my weekends are mostly wide open for me, unless I’m heading home, which doesn’t happen too often. I’m pretty flexible and always keep communication open about my availability. When I’m walking or visiting dogs at their homes, safety and trust are my top priorities. I make sure to follow any instructions the owner provides closely, keep dogs on leash during walks, and stay attentive to their behavior to ensure they’re comfortable and happy. I respect each dog’s space and routine, and always leave the home as clean and organized as I found it. Building trust with both the pet and owner is important to me, and I’m committed to providing reliable, caring support every time.

About: Back in 2022 I had one girl ask if I can watch her dog and I told her of course I love dogs and then after that I had so many more people asked me after I told them that I watch dogs and cats and ever since then I absolutely loved what I did. Seeing different types of pets with different personalities made me love it more. So I work throughout the week and I wanted to start only on the weekends first just to get myself through the door but maybe in the future I can make this a full time job Mostly a lot of the animals I took care of I got to be apart of there homes all of them so I got to stay over take care of them play with them take them on long walks feed them and just show them lots and lots of love and attention cause that’s what they need. Every animal is different so whatever the client tells me I will follow instructions through and I love to send lots of pictures of there animals to clients to let them know they are safe and in good hands

About: I have 3 very spoiled large dogs! I used to breed Heelers, so I have experience with pregnant dogs and even delivering puppies. I usually just take care of the yorkies that my family members have here, but I figured I could go ahead and expand. I currently use rover when I go out of town, so I know how I expect my dogs to be taken care of and I will be just as great to your pets! I also have experience with farm animals too. I used to have a small farm with cows, pigs, sheep, goats and chickens. So if you have any additional needs we can discuss it! I also have experience with cats too! I work for the schools, so I am currently off for the summer. My availability is very open until the middle of August! I would say my daily availability is from 6am-11pm unless you book me for over night. I will take care of your pets exactly how you would like. I know how stressful it can be on pets when their owners are away so they will be extra loved on!

About: I've taken care of pets since I was 10. I have a love for animals and am comfortable with any breed or size. I have a doberman of my own who I love dearly! I am a full time college student at Coastal Carolina University, so I have more availability in the mornings and nights. I do have most weekends open, just contact me with any questions! I do not have a yard, but a neighborhood with a dog park and can crate them in house. I am able to walk dogs around neighborhood any time.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was about 8 years old. Growing up, I was always surrounded by pets and loved helping my aunt care for her dogs. Helping with feeding them, letting them outside, and even helping with bath time. 🐾❤️ At home, we always had both cats and dogs, including my mom’s beloved Persian cat, Winston, who lived to the remarkable age of 21. About: I've had my own dogs and cats as well as done dog sitting when I was a teenager! I live teaching dogs new tricks when sitting because it helps me connect with them more! I'm currently a part time student taking online courses so I have a lot of free time! I like working out in the mornings and Going to the beach! If your pet enjoys the beach as well they are more than welcome to spend the day with me! I have a fenced in yard with a pool if your pet enjoys swimming. About: My family and I are Christians. I was making plans to get my son a dog once he started working this summer. His big sister, who is now 20, worked at Ripleys Aquarium before she joined the Airforce a year ago. He wants a job there this summer just so he can learn more about animals. He is a natural around dogs and other animals. He is an honor role student who wants to be a vet one day. While I was out walking in my neighborhood, I ran into a sweet lady who told us about Rover.com. I thought how perfect is that. About: My whole life, I've grown up with cats and dogs (tabby's and pit-bulls to be exact). I have trained 3 puppies (basic commands like sit and stay) and have taken care of one senior dog (18) and a senior cat (17). I do prefer a week in advance heads up, but will help as best as I can! About: I have taken care of dogs and cats alike for the past eight years. I have worked with senior dogs along with puppies to ensure proper daily care. I currently work from home full time, with the flexibility to move around during the day. Because of this i am looking to add pet sitting as a consistent part of my week. About: I have 15 plus years of experience caring for all types of animals. Anywhere from newborn puppies and kittens to senior animals with health issues. I worked at PetSmart for many years in the grooming salon caring for dogs and also volunteered for 6 years at an animal shelter in prattville alabama when I lived there. I currently care of a Dachshund that is 13 has to walk in a wheelchair and he also has seizures that I have to medicate him for. I have 3 dogs of my own Blue, Chewie, and Marley. blue is a Great Dane Mastiff mix, Chewie is a Pomchi and Marley is a Dachshund (the special needs dog I care for, he's my partners dog)

Making sure an animal is treated just like a child with the best care and nutrition is my passion. I am very one on one with my pets, taking time to play fetch with them and go on walks so we both get our exercise in for the day. Animals always seem to take right to me. I am skilled in administering medications and know dog CPR. I also have extensive first aid training from my time as a volunteer fire fighter.
