About: I've owned and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. Professionally, I have experience working as a dog handler, kennel attendant, dog bather, and groomer. I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted. I also have pet care insurance with animal baliee coverage in case of emergencies. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable and loved. I work part-time on the night shift, so I'm out of the house between 9:30pm and 3am Monday through Friday. Outside of that- my schedule is flexible. I am available on most weekends and holidays. I only book one client at a time for boarding, so your pet(s) will have my full attention. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a huge, unfenced yard. I own a variety of animal care supplies and equipment including lunge-line leashes to keep dogs safely on my property.

About: I have a rescue dog Winnie that I've had since 2017. I never had a bad interaction with her and another dog which I like to attribute to my handling ability. I will not bring Winnie when I am caring for another dog. Since 2010 I've helped family and friends with their dogs and also had roommates with puppies and dogs that I've helped take care of too. About: Hi.! I have had experience training my first dog, chocolate Labrador when I was a bit younger in potty training, basic commands and fetch. He was a very hyper dog, but we made sure to train him well.! I now have a standard Goldendoodle that weighs just over 80 pounds. His name is Teddy. He is turning 4 in November and is very mild-mannered, completely opposite of the chocolate lab we use to have.! We go on daily walks of at least 2 miles.! I can’t wait to care for your furry pet like I do mine.! I work full-time, but I have flexibility with my schedule. I do not work a 9-5 job so I am able to make my own hours and schedule. I have dog-sitter for friends and family before in their homes so I always make sure to treat their dog like I do mine. I make sure to clean up after them, am aware of mine and their surroundings when on walks and at parks.

“I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”
