About: My name is Destiny and I grew up caring for large and small dogs and cats. I have hands-on experience raising puppies and kittens from birth through adulthood. As an adult, I continue to care for both cats and dogs, including adopted shelter cats and my own Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle. Both of my dogs are neutered, gentle and affectionate. My Standard Poodle loves to run and play and can be wonderfully bouncy, but he's also surprisingly nurturing and likes to make sure everyone is okay. My Labrador is basically Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh—a lovely potato who is particularly drawn to wee, scrappy dogs. I actively study canine behavior and learning. I train and participate in dog sports including obedience, scent work/nose work, agility, Barn Hunt and NASDA. I'm comfortable observing canine body language, following established training and management routines, providing enrichment, and adapting my approach to the individual dog. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy getting to know animals as individuals. I don't expect every dog or cat to immediately love me, and I don't force interaction. I believe comprehensive care starts with paying attention to what makes an animal feel safe, comfortable and understood. I work from home with a flexible schedule and control over my own hours, which gives me plenty of time to incorporate walks, play, enrichment, meals, potty breaks and companionship throughout the day. Our household is unusually quiet and relaxed. There are no children in the home, and my neighborhood is a peaceful residential area that's well suited to walks and downtime. Pets staying with me have opportunities for activity and engagement, but also plenty of time and space to settle, nap and simply relax. Because I'm home much of the day, pet care fits naturally into my routine rather than having to be squeezed in around a long commute or rigid work schedule. I believe pet care starts with understanding the *individual* animal. I take time to learn each pet's normal routine, temperament, preferences, training cues, feeding needs and anything that may make them uncomfortable or stressed. My approach is calm, patient and attentive. I don't force interactions, and I pay close attention to body language and changes in behavior. I follow owners' established routines and management instructions carefully because consistency can make being away from home much easier for a pet. My home is clean, quiet, child-free and low-stress, in a peaceful residential neighborhood. I want visiting pets to have a comfortable place where they can play and engage when they want to, but can also settle and rest without constant activity, noise or disruption. When caring for pets in their own homes, I bring the same approach: respect the animal's familiar environment, follow the household's routines carefully, communicate reliably with the owner, and leave things exactly as I found them.

About: My experience with animals goes far beyond pet sitting. I began volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center at age 10 and continued through age 16, which sparked my lifelong passion for animal care. I also enjoy being active outdoors, so dogs who love walks and adventures will have plenty of opportunities to get their energy out! Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, habits, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions before their stay. My background in wildlife rehabilitation, veterinary clinics, and animal control has taught me how important it is to pay close attention to behavior and recognize when something is out of the ordinary. I’m comfortable handling animals with different personalities and energy levels and understand the importance of patience, supervision, and a calm environment. I also love keeping dogs active with walks, play, enrichment, and outdoor time when appropriate. Most importantly, I treat every pet as an individual and care for them with the same attentiveness and respect I would want for my own. I have my own fenced in yard and a large sized kennel in my home if needed.

About: Grew up in an environment surrounded by dogs and cats and have always loved caring for animals. I am reliable, attentive, and comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of affection to help pets feel at ease. Pet care fits well into my routine. I am completely free on Mondays. I work from home Wednesday and Friday, and am available after 430pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as on all day weekends. I enjoy spending time with animals and can provide dependable care, including walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I treat every pet as if they were my own and follow all instructions provided by the owner. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I don’t think there was a year in my life where I did not have a dog to help take care of! I have taken care of small dogs, medium dogs, and big dogs! We also had a lot of other animals while I was growing up. I’ve taken care of birds, fish, reptiles, and even rabbits. So I am happy to take care of other pets as well if you have them and we can talk prices! Depending on the needs of your pets, I will form my schedule around taking care of them! As of right now this is my main job but as soon as I find another job this will become something I do on the side for a passion hobby. I will always start by asking the owner of the pets to explain their needs and wants before implying anything that I would do on my own. (Customer needs and wants come first) I have fun playing with the animals dogs and cats alike. So if they have favorite toys if I am house sitting then I will let them have fun with that! If I am walking dogs I tend to keep a steady pace so that the dogs get good healthy exercise.

About: I love caring for dogs of all ages and sizes! My family calls me the “dog whisperer” and I’m highly reliable and can almost always meet your time requirements for check-ins and walks! I pay attention to detail in case your dog has to take medication or has other restrictions (diet, joints, etc.). I currently work full-time as a Law Enforcement Professional. I am typically working Tues-Fri 7a-530p. I am available to drop in and care for your fur babies any time around that schedule with proper notice. I will only walk your fur baby on the requested route should there be one, and for the requested time. During check-ins, I will make sure to clean up any messes made by your fur baby upon arrival and before I leave. If there are any special instructions regarding the care of your fur baby, I will be sure to adhere to those as well.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a little kid, both dogs and cats! I love animals and spending time with them as much as possible. I have plenty of experience with animals, with training my own dogs, playing with them in our yard, playing with cats, cleaning up after all them daily. Making sure they are living there best life! About: I have years of animal shelter experience, so I have been trained to interact with animals of all sorts of temperaments. I've been an animal love my whole life and am usually the first person my friends think to call when they go out of town to care for their furry children (: I've had at least 1 dog in my life from the time I was 8- so my daily routine has always consisted of including a little pal to care for and spend quality time with. I treat any animal under my care the way they should be treated- like a family member who requires belly rubs, treats, and high pitched conversation as if their life depends on it (; In all seriousness I treat all animals with all the TLC they deserve.
