“It was our first time using Rover and we had a great experience! Ericka sent regular pics and updates. When we got home our dog was happy and content. When we’ve had to use something more like daycare in the past, he just gets really stressed and barely eats. We will be using rover again in the future for sure.”

“Lillian was excellent with our two large dogs who have different needs like scared of storms/fireworks and high energy, jumpy. She was great with both of them and made sure they had what they needed all weekend, while sending us pictures and keeping us updated. We will definitely contact Lillian again in the future!”

About: Hello! I have worked at a boarding kennel for 5 years and have volunteered at the Humane society for 2 years as well. I am comfortable with everything your pet brings to the table! I am proficient in understanding a dogs behavior, your dog will be in trusted hands. I am currently working remote on Wednesdays and Fridays and would love some more dog time! I am available throughout the days on these days. I am also available on weekends! I will be sure your dog has the most fun on our walks! I know my way around many types of harnesses/leashes/muzzles. I can’t wait to get my steps in with your dog!

“Bailee took extremely good care of my french bulldog Tank. Not only was she very accommodating and checked in frequently, she also was able to respond and watch him within a days notice. Bonus points for taking him on a long walk and to see my fraternity brothers… Definitely recommend, and will use again.”

“This was my first time leaving my bullies alone for a work trip. I am so glad I was able to find Ella! She was super responsive to my initial inquiry and proposed time for meet and greet. She was on time for our meet and greet which I really appreciated! I got multiple pictures of both, Lolly and Bubbles while I was away. I will definitely reach out to Ella again!”

About: Hi! My name is Liz, and I am a full time, work from home employee at M&T Bank. Unfortunately, due to a breakup, I do not have custody of my Shepherd/Rottie mix, Maverick. I do still have a cat named Louie whom I love dearly! I miss having a companion to love and play with which is why I decided to start using Rover. I’ve had experience with dogs and cats with medical conditions and also giving medication. I don’t have any breed preferences, however if your dog is not cat savvy, that would be beneficial to know before a board. My availability is pretty flexible Monday-Friday due to my work from home schedule, and I’m available most weekends all day. Your home and pet will be in great hands with me. I will care for them as if they were my own! I currently work full time from home. I am more than capable of balancing my time to give your pet all the care they need. I am also willing to work out a flexible schedule based on your specific needs! Walks and exercise are a must! A tired pet is a happy pet (: I also have experience with anxious pets. I will provide anything and everything to make sure your pet is comfortable, safe and happy.

“Erica was wonderful with my 8 month old mini golden doodle who has really bad separation anxiety. She helped keep her distracted and redirected her when she was barking for me. Look forward to booking another session. :)”

About: We are devoted to dog walking and pet care. We take our jobs seriously, while enjoying the endeavors. We like to train the dogs we walk, when requested. Our days and hours can be flexible. We both have done volunteer work at animal rescue and shelters where we were trained to work with dogs and cats, including those with special needs. We are owners of a Sheepadoodle dog, a high energy mini Aussie Shepherd, and a cat. We are patient with animals and love to be around them. We use various training modalities on our dog. We feed them premium food, herbs and supplements, and give them plenty of exercise, love and attention. We both have flexible part time work, and can make ourselves available most of the time and accommodate for each other and for our customers. For safety, we have our own dogs trained not to leave the house until we command them to do so - in order to prevent them from running out. We like to do this with any dogs we walk. We feed our own pets very healthy food. Upon request, we are happy to share our pet feed experience.

About: I’ve been passionate about training and caring for dogs since I was five years old, learning the basics from my dad back in South Africa. And before moving to Pittsburgh a few months ago, I worked closely under a professional dog trainer, which helped me deepen my understanding of dog behavior and training techniques. I’ve also gained valuable hands-on experience working at Nemacolin (Pet Boarding) Wooflands, caring for both dogs and cats with the utmost attention and compassion. I’m skilled at communicating with dogs of all personalities and have always had multiple dogs and cats in my home, giving me hands on experience with pets of different breeds and temperaments. I bring patience, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility to every pet I care for, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well-loved. My schedule is thoughtfully managed to ensure I can offer focused, compassionate care for your pet. I’m dedicated to being reliable and attentive, providing a nurturing environment where your pet can thrive. When caring for pets in their own homes, I focus on preserving the little things that make their routine special. Whether it’s their favorite walk route, playtime style, or quiet moments they enjoy. I tailor my care to fit each pet’s personality and needs, providing everything from feeding to companionship with thoughtful attention. I also respect your home fully, and follow your instructions carefully, so your pet feels genuinely safe, comfortable.
