About: When I was 9, I got my first dog, and that is how I started to be interested in being a vet and take care of dogs. I’m a UCD Animal Science student. My class schedule is not very busy other than Thursdays for this quarter, so I will be home most of the time other than that. I have 3 roommates (2 are also Animal Science students) who also loves animals and knows how to take care of them and have experiences with pets. There will usually be at least 1-2 person at home always. We have plenty of space for your pet to run around in the house, and a yard which we can be taking the dog out for potty breaks.

About: I had my own pet and ranch sitting business for 8yrs. I have 10yrs of experience caring for dogs as a veterinary assistant. I have raised and trained my own dogs to be polite members of the household. Your dogs will get the home experience with me :) Im taking online classes so am home everyday all day. I have so much time for our furry friends. I have a dedicated room for your dog which is also where I study. So, you can be sure we'll be spending a lot of time together. I do ask that your dog is crate trained for their safety. I never leave two dogs unattended together. I have a 15yr old border collie who can be reactive at first meeting (cranky old guy that he is) but quickly adjusts to the presence of other dogs and has never hurt anyone. He's otherwise chill and happy to comply with a crate and rotate schedule so your dog doesn't have to interact with him if we feel that they aren't eachothers' cup of tea.

About: Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Raised on a farm and on a pre-vet track from a young age, I’ve spent decades caring for animals of all kinds—from house pets to livestock to wildlife. Starting at 14, I volunteered in local vet clinics and wildlife rehab centers, gaining hands-on experience with everything from cats and dogs to peacocks, horses, goats, snakes, fish, birds, and cattle. At UC Davis, I deepened my care skills while working at the world-renowned Vet Hospital, tending to cats and dogs during the swing shift. I also worked with campus goats, pigs, sheep, fish, cattle, and horses—and even fostered cats for the hospital. Now in my 30s, I’m an education professional and dedicated pet mom to both cats and dogs. I continue to care for friends’ and neighbors’ pets with the same compassion, attention, and responsibility that’s guided me my whole life. I’m certified in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/AED/First Aid, and have emergency care experience with animals large and small. I’m calm under pressure, reliable, and always communicate clearly—your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I'm currently taking a break from teaching, and being a full-time stay-at-home mama to my 2.5 year old daughter. I have plenty of time to care for your furry family member. Please note that at this time, we are seeking families whose pets are comfortable around toddlers and children. I have a fully fenced yard, and a park just around the corner from my house for those whose furry friends enjoy a stretch, walk, or playtime! I am comfortable using a crate, and we have plenty of floor room in the house (carpet and laminate) for them to lay down if they're not crate trained. We do not allow dogs on the furniture. Cats are allowed to wander the house. We are more than happy to put up child gates to keep your furry family member in certain areas of the house if they're prone to getting into things (such as stuffed animals for the kiddos... I mean really, a lot of doggie toys these days look so similar! I'd understand the misconception. lol) We're not afraid to be firm but kind if your family member needs set boundaries.

About: I am a passionate animal lover and obsessed with dogs (and cats)! From pets to dirty work, anything your fur baby needs I'm on it. Of course I'll play with and love on them when you're not around, but I am also happy to do some cleaning to make sure they're safe and sound when you get back home. I can take dogs on long walks, play fetch in the dog park, or give them baths. Litter boxes are no problem, whatever your baby needs! ¡Yo hablo español! I have a lot of schedule flexibility to take care of animals. I have plenty of time throughout the week, and am wide open on weekends and holidays. Feel free to take your trip, work late, or whatever takes you away from home because I got your back. I have a fenced yard at my house and one small dog who plays well with others. I also live close to a park and walk dogs there often. At your house- you set the rules! Wherever you live, I am happy to take your dogs on walks or play fetch with them in your back yard. I can scoop poop, refresh the waters, brush out the undercoat, and vacuum the fur.

About: I’ve always had family pets and have a dog of my own now. I will follow your pets schedule and always make sure they have water and get lots of love and care. I am home Friday-Sunday and can go home for lunch Wednesday and Thursday. And I can drop in frequently on days that I am available. I love my dog and she’s one of the family. I don’t want her to be alone long and would care for your pets like my own. I have a fenced yard. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

About: I have experience from volunteering at an animal shelter in Gilroy and from looking after animals for most of my life. Pets have been a large part of my life and more like family to me. I work from home so it fits into my life perfectly. I have appointments sometimes but they are not very frequent. I’m always happy to make time for animals. I prefer them over people at times. I have a large park and walking trail right outside my place and a comfortable place for them to relax or a crate for them if needed.

About: I have always had animals in my home and in my life since I was born. In college I rescued a black lab from the pound and trained him from scratch. He was abused 3-5 years old and no proper training. I still have Bo today after 11 years and hes is the best dog. I currently have 4 chickens, a lab, a pit bull, and a mini pig. My life revolves around my animals they are my family and extremely spoiled. They go on constant hikes, walks, and spend time swimming to get in their exercise. I constantly care for roommates animals (dog, cat, fish, bird) and all family members pets. All animals bring me lots of joy and I love teaching my dogs and piglet new tricks as often as possible.
