About: I have over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I’ve had my own dogs for many years and grew up around dogs, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. In addition, I did dog sitting for neighbors and families for several years when I was younger, helping with walking, feeding, and daily care. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs that need patience and clear routines, including leash training and behavioral challenges. Dogs are family members to me, and I always treat them with love, structure, and respect. I’m calm, patient, and attentive, and I make sure every dog feels safe and comfortable in my care. I’m very flexible and spend a lot of time at home. I work partly from home and partly in the office, but my schedule allows me to adapt easily to a dog’s needs. Dogs are rarely left alone, and I can adjust my routine to provide plenty of attention, walks, and companionship. Dogs in my care are treated like family. They are allowed to relax freely in my home, including on the couch. I live with two small dogs, so it’s important that visiting dogs are friendly and comfortable around other dogs. I do not accept aggressive dogs to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.

About: I have a lifetime of animal care and knowledge to offer and am an experienced ICU/ER vet tech so am available for special needs cases as well. I have worked with exotics and farm animals as well as dogs and cats. I also offer nail trims, bathing, ear cleaning and medication administration at additional charges. I have experience with hard to work with animals and have experience with dog training and special interest in animal behavior. I have a fairly open availability right now, as I am attending college online. I am available to stay overnight and come with great recommendations. I know pet CPR, and am well trained to care for geriatric or diabetic animals. I wouldn’t want to spend my days with anyone but your little guys!

About: I have extensive experience in the veterinary field for over 17years and currently work at veterinary hospitals. I am able to medicate, do injections, and recognize when a pet needs to go to a vet if needed. Yes, your furry loved one will get beyond spoiled with love and treats. If your pet likes outings during the stay we will go walking too. I really want to know what your pet enjoys so I can accommodate them to make them feel more comfortable. I have greater availability for those weekend getaways. I recommend pet sitters like myself over dog boarding facilities as your pet will get the care that you would give. During the stay you can get your pets daily updates and pictures to know your pet is in good hands. I am a huge advocate on low stress environments for pets who stay in my home to make their stay more pleasant. I utilize techniques that the veterinary field has also incorporated. I work from home so your pet is never alone. I customize your pets stay to their needs as each pet has their own personality. I have 2 fenced yards if your pet wants to sunbathe or play with their favorite toys. I can also keep your pet in there own room if they prefer quiet relaxation.

“Riker had such a good experience with Roy the past 2 days. Roy offered a meet and greet before the Riker’s first stay. After Riker accepted all the pets, and a quick tangent discussion over Ironman helmets, the house was great, lots if space for doggos. Roy sent pics( @home and out on walks) and updates on how Riker was doing. Pickup and drop offs are easy. Neighborhood is great, pet friendly, convenient but secluded community. Roy made the experience seamless, which made really made it stress free for Riker(and Me). Great experience. Definitely highly recommended.”

About: I have experience from volunteering at an animal shelter in Gilroy and from looking after animals for most of my life. Pets have been a large part of my life and more like family to me. I work from home so it fits into my life perfectly. I have appointments sometimes but they are not very frequent. I’m always happy to make time for animals. I prefer them over people at times. I have a large park and walking trail right outside my place and a comfortable place for them to relax or a crate for them if needed.
