Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. She was very pleased with the care she received and enjoyed meeting and interfacing with the other dogs. Samantha was great with Louie, she made him comfortable and he seemed to have a nice time staying with her. She took lots of photos for me and updated whenever she could!
